Road safety: one out of four repeat offenders has more than ten convictions

The Belgian Vias Institute for road safety unveiled some details of its important study on persistent road offenders. The institute analyzed cases in the Leuven and Malines Courts and determined a typical profile: a 39 year old male blue-collar worker with lower income, single and without children. Vias has studied numerous repeat road offender cases
