Antwerp LEZ fines: Dutch and French will have to pay

Dutch and French drivers with polluting cars entering the Antwerp Low Emission Zone will have to pay their fines. Until now, they couldn’t be traced unless caught redhanded /Belga

Dutch and French driving a polluting car will be fined 123 euro when entering the Antwerp Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the near future. ANPR cameras are registering violators, but until now the city of Anwerp didn’t have access to the personal data to identify them. This will change before the end of this year.
