Dutch and French driving a polluting car will be fined 123 euro when entering the Antwerp Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the near future. ANPR cameras are registering violators, but until now the city of Anwerp didn’t have access to the personal data to identify them. This will change before the end of this year.
