Tax benefits for reinvesting in more sustainable trucks
Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Employment, Economy and Consumer Affairs Kris Peeters proposed to extend the measure to give a tax benefit to transport companies reinvesting in more sustainable trucks /Belga;
The Belgian government has agreed to extend beyond 2020 the measure to exempt companies which sell their older diesel trucks to invest in more sustainable replacements, from taxes on the surplus value made on the sale.
