Bicycle federation launches magazine for all kind of cyclists
The Flemish and Brussels bicycle federation Fietsersbond launches a new magazine for bicycle-riders, baptized ‘Veelo’. The magazine is meant to be an addition to all existing magazines for sporty cyclists. Veelo focuses on all types of cyclists, not only the ones using their bicycle in leisure time but also those who use their bike for commuting.
In spite of all the existing magazines on the market, there is still room for a publication that appeals to the bike-rider who uses his bicycle to commute from A to B, as was mentioned in the press release on Thursday.
Veelo is published quarterly and at this moment only a paper edition exists, although some digital extensions – a website and a monthly newsletter – will follow in the short-term. Enthusiasts can ask for a trial offer on www.fietsersbond.be/proefexemplaar.
