Air Antwerp soon to fly to London
The Antwerp aviation company, Air Antwerp, together with KLM, and the Irish CityJet, is going to organize three flights between the airports of Deurne (Antwerp, Belgium) and London City on weekdays. It received the necessary exploitation permit for it from the Federal Public Service Mobility and the aviation authorities.
Right of existence
With the advent of Air Antwerp, the airport of Deurne finally gets its popular connection back with the airport in the city of London. A link that could have disappeared when Flybe announced in July to stop its activities in Deurne. Without that connection, the airport would have lost its right to exist. The first flight is planned on 9 September.
