Truck.rent: revolution in industrial vehicles rental
Born from the imagination of the French start-up, TrucksMe, Truck.rent offers an online rental solution for all industrial vehicles. Thanks to its Trucks Mobility service, the lease is entirely self-service. Clients can, therefore, remotely rent, pay, make the inventory, and open the vehicle.
It’s hard to imagine, but renting an industrial vehicle online these days is somewhat impossible. The French start-up based in Sophia Antipolis, TrucksMe, aims at revolutionizing the sector. Jérôme Sanzelle and Antoine Laroche created Trucks. rent, bringing industrial vehicle renting in the 21st century.
With or without driver
“We arrive in the market with a fleet management solution. Truck.rent allows clients to compare offers, their availability, and book a vehicle almost instantaneously,” explains Mr. Sanzelle. The solution has already gained the interest of major brands, such as Le Petit Forestier, Fraikin, or Avis Rental.
“We interconnect with their systems. We work on vertical trades,” he adds. Truck.rent distinguishes itself by offering rental solutions with or without drivers. “Some vehicles require a specific driver’s license. There’s a real market for it. We are transforming renting into a service,” adds Jérôme Sanzelle.
Self-service rental solution
The young start-up is also coming on the market with a solution unheard of in industrial vehicle rental. With Truck Mobility, the client can book a vehicle, pay for it, and even open it, all remotely. Trucks.rent is operational since October 1st. However, the above-mentioned self-service solution won’t enter service for another month.
