E17 dynamic road signs to give real-time info on truck parking
Truckers driving on the E17 between Ghent and Courtrai will soon be provided with information about the occupation rate of aprking lots along the highway. The information will be indicated via the dynamic road signs above the highway /Belga
Five highway parking lots along the E17 between Ghent and Courtrai will be equipped with road signs informing truck drivers about the occupation rate. This way, they can choose a more quiet place to get some sleep. Flemish Minister for Mobility, Lydia Peeters (Open Vld), hopes the measure will better spread the number of trucks
