During the upcoming Matexpo-powered Demo Days, a two-day event with over 100 building construction machines (6-8 September 2024), Fimatec will install a state-of-the-art ‘mobile’ charging park to offer visitors and participants a unique charging experience.
This charging park, equipped with ten Emoss site charging poles and 40 charging points, is powered by the Atlas Copco ZBC 250/575 battery. However, it is charged by an Atlas Copco QAS 325 power generator running on diesel.
Stable and efficient power
Fimatec wants to demonstrate how advanced charging technology can support the construction industry. The stations are specifically designed to operate in demanding environments and use high-reliability, versatile communication options, such as Wi-Fi and 4G.
With a storage capacity of 575 kWh, the Atlas Copco ZBC 250/575 battery that powers the charging fleet provides stable and efficient power. The battery is charged by an Atlas Copco QAS 325 power generator, which saves diesel through its optimal load and reduces overall operating costs.
Visitors to Demo Days 2024 can quickly charge their electric vehicles via the Emoss charging stations. The setup demonstrates Fimatec’s commitment to ease of use and the integration of technologies that contribute to a seamless charging experience, even in temporary setups such as a construction site.
