Mining giant Rio Tinto buys US lithium producer Arcadium

The Rio Tinto Group is acquiring Arcadium for 6,7 billion dollars. With the deal it will become one of the largest suppliers of lithium, which is mined in evaporation ponds in Argentina, among other places/Arcadium
