Citroën has expanded its body conversion offerings for the electric ë-Jumper full-size van. Next to the flatbed truck and tipper versions, a box van conversion is now available with factory support in Germany. All versions offer a powerful electric motor and a comfortable range of over 300 km.
While Stellantis’ van range is not the most recent, with the current generation dating back to 2006 with a couple of drastic facelifts in between, the same cannot be said about the efforts being made to serve a broad customer base. The vans are available with diesel, electric, and even hydrogen powertrains from the factory. And now, the body style options have also increased.
Comfortable range for an electric van
Citroën Germany has announced a box van conversion for the ë-Jumper, the electric version of the largest Citroën van. This model is related to the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Opel Movano, and, more recently, the Toyota ProAce Max.

The large electric van is powered by a 205 kW (279 hp) motor and a 110 kWh battery, offering a range of up to 430 km according to the WLTP cycle. The conversion options, based on the chassis-cab body, are more limited in terms of range: up to 366 km WLTP. Charging from 0 to 80 percent takes at least 55 minutes at a 150 kW fast charger.
Box van conversion alongside flatbed and tipper variants
While flatbed and tipper variants (from expert body builder Scattolini) were already available for the Citroën ë-Jumper, the French manufacturer is now adding a box van body style with factory support to the range.
This variant is available in L3 (18.5 m³) or L4 (20.5 m³) lengths, with a gross weight of 3.5 or 4.25 tons. Customers can choose between rear doors or a loading platform, with options including a roof box and a side door. Pricing starts at €65,200 ex. VAT and delivery costs.
We have contacted Citroën to enquire about the availability of this conversion for other European markets, including Belgium. This article will be updated with the manufacturer’s response.
