For example, the banned Euro 5 diesels have become a lot cheaper on the second-hand market.<\/p><p>According to BRUZZ, at the end of June, there were still 33,000 Brussels vehicles on the road that will no longer be allowed in the region from January 1, including 23,000 passenger cars.
