Use <strong>Resend Invitation<\/strong> if your colleague needs another email.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n    <p class=\"nmn-note\">Invitation missing? Check the email address and ask your colleague to look in their spam or junk folder before resending.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n  <section class=\"nmn-step\" id=\"nmn-manage\">\n    <div class=\"nmn-heading\"><span class=\"nmn-number\" aria-hidden=\"true\">4<\/span><h2>Remove or replace a team member<\/h2><\/div>\n    <div class=\"nmn-copy\"><p>Keep your user list up to date when colleagues join or leave your team.<\/p><ol><li>Find the person you want to replace and select <strong>Supprimer<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Under <strong>Add Group Member<\/strong>, enter the new colleague\u2019s details.<\/li><li>Select <strong>Add<\/strong> to send their invitation.<\/li><\/ol><p>You can assign users up to the number of seats included in your subscription. If all seats are allocated, remove a user you no longer need or contact us to discuss additional seats.<\/p><\/div>\n  <\/section>\n  <section class=\"nmn-faq\" id=\"nmn-questions\"><h2>A few practical questions<\/h2>\n    <details><summary>Who can manage the team?<\/summary><p>The designated administrator manages the group from their own account. If you do not see the management link, check that you are signed in with the correct account or contact Newmobility.news.<\/p><\/details>\n    <details><summary>Do colleagues share one password?<\/summary><p>No. Each member receives an invitation and uses their own login. You do not need to create or distribute passwords for your colleagues.<\/p><\/details>\n    <details><summary>Can a colleague use an existing Newmobility.news account?<\/summary><p>If your colleague already has an account, use the same email address.
