L'entreprise fran\u00e7aise Alstom, solidement implant\u00e9e en Belgique, n'a pas remport\u00e9 ce contrat d'une valeur de plus de 3 milliards d'euros, alors qu'elle \u00e9tait moins ch\u00e8re que son concurrent espagnol.<\/p>
