Nissan et Renault ont red\u00e9fini leur partenariat dans le cadre d\u2019un \u2018 avenant au nouvel accord d\u2019Alliance \u2019. Nissan sera lib\u00e9r\u00e9 de son obligation d\u2019investir dans Ampere, la division de Renault d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux voitures \u00e9lectriques, et Renault prendra le contr\u00f4le total de la coentreprise de production indienne.<\/p>

Ces deux mesures s'inscrivent dans le cadre d'un nouvel accord sign\u00e9 par les deux constructeurs automobiles. Il met essentiellement fin \u00e0 un accord conclu le 26 juillet 2023 entre le Groupe Renault, Nissan et Ampere. Le constructeur japonais avait alors d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'il investirait jusqu'\u00e0 600 millions d'euros dans la division VE de Renault.<\/p>
