Le mardi,\u00a0Les travaux d'installation d'une alimentation \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 quai ont commenc\u00e9 au terminal de croisi\u00e8re du Swedish Quay \u00e0 Zeebrugge (Belgique). <\/span>Dans un avenir proche, les navires de croisi\u00e8re pourront changer de mode de transport.\u00a0<\/span>de d\u00e9brancher leurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs diesel polluants et d'utiliser pleinement le courant de quai. <\/span><\/p>

L'alimentation \u00e0 quai est un moyen \u00e9cologique et silencieux pour les navires de s'amarrer. Elle permet aux navires de se brancher sur le r\u00e9seau local et d'arr\u00eater leurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs diesel embarqu\u00e9s, \u00e9liminant ainsi les sources d'\u00e9missions de CO\u2082, d'oxydes d'azote, d'oxydes de soufre et de particules lorsqu'ils sont \u00e0 quai. <\/span>Avec ce projet, le port vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les perturbations pour les r\u00e9sidents et les passagers. <\/span><\/p>
