La ville de Prague a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'interdire les scooters \u00e9lectriques en partage ou en location sur son territoire \u00e0 partir de janvier 2026. \u00c0 partir de cette date, les fournisseurs de scooters \u00e9lectriques partag\u00e9s ne seront pas autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 exercer leur activit\u00e9, sauf s'ils disposent de contrats sp\u00e9cifiques. Prague n'interdit pas totalement le concept des scooters \u00e9lectriques partag\u00e9s, mais interdit les activit\u00e9s non r\u00e9glement\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>

Ces contrats pr\u00e9ciseront les lieux de stationnement des v\u00e9hicules, les exigences en mati\u00e8re de partage des donn\u00e9es et les zones d'utilisation.
