\u00c0 la mi-septembre, Alstom a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 Salzgitter, en Allemagne, le premier trajet au monde avec une locomotive de man\u0153uvre convertie du diesel \u00e0 l'hydrog\u00e8ne. Mais \u00e0 peine deux mois plus tard, la multinationale fran\u00e7aise, leader mondial du transport ferroviaire, suspend le d\u00e9veloppement des trains \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne. Selon Alstom, les principales raisons de l'arr\u00eat ou de la suspension de ces projets sont la fin des subventions publiques et le fait que la technologie n'ait pas encore atteint sa pleine maturit\u00e9.<\/p>

Selon le journal fran\u00e7ais La Lettre, la suppression des subventions publiques fran\u00e7aises est la principale raison pour laquelle la filiale Alstom Hydrogen va cesser ses activit\u00e9s, ses employ\u00e9s \u00e9tant transf\u00e9r\u00e9s vers d'autres activit\u00e9s au sein du groupe.<\/p>
