Belgique\u00a0a revu ses ambitions \u00e0 la hausse dans son plan national pour l'\u00e9nergie et le climat (PNEC), mais doit encore faire des efforts en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9nergies renouvelables et d'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. <\/span>Mais pour l'instant, le pays ne sera pas confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une facture de plusieurs millions de dollars.<\/span><\/p>

Si un \u00c9tat membre de l'UE ne parvient pas \u00e0 r\u00e9duire suffisamment ses \u00e9missions de CO2 d'ici \u00e0 2030, il devra acheter des certificats d'\u00e9mission \u00e0 un \u00c9tat membre ayant obtenu de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats que pr\u00e9vu, par exemple un pays scandinave ou d'Europe de l'Est dot\u00e9 d'un vaste couvert forestier.
