C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qui est crucial dans le transport longue distance\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Norbert W. Alt, directeur de l'exploitation du groupe FEV.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle est la viabilit\u00e9 ? Selon la FEV, dans des conditions id\u00e9ales, un camion EREV pourrait r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2 de 33 % par rapport \u00e0 un camion diesel. Ce serait le cas sur les courtes distances, o\u00f9 l'on peut tirer le meilleur parti de l'\u00e9nergie de la batterie. M\u00eame sur de longues distances, les transporteurs pourraient encore \u00e9conomiser 14 % de TCO.<\/p>\n<h4>Des \u00e9conomies de CO2 sans attendre les infrastructures...<\/h4>\n<p>Et, bien s\u00fbr, il y a aussi un avantage \u00e9cologique. Les camions EREV pourraient \u00e9mettre jusqu'\u00e0 82 % de CO2 en moins que les camions diesel traditionnels, toujours selon la FEV. Et ils peuvent \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre d\u00e8s aujourd'hui sans attendre le d\u00e9veloppement d'une infrastructure de recharge, permettant ainsi au secteur du transport routier d'atteindre plus rapidement les objectifs europ\u00e9ens en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9missions de CO2.<\/p>\n<h4>... mais o\u00f9 sont les v\u00e9hicules ?<\/h4>\n<p>Mais, comme toujours, certains points d'interrogation subsistent. Le plus important est qu'aucun camion EREV de s\u00e9rie n'est actuellement disponible sur le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en. L'\u00e9tude de la FEV est donc un exercice purement th\u00e9orique, sans donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles. Il n'existe que des v\u00e9hicules construits sur commande par des entreprises sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, ce qui n'a de sens \u00e9conomique que pour des cas d'utilisation de niche.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que la technologie a encore besoin de temps pour se d\u00e9velopper, ce qui peut prendre des ann\u00e9es, en particulier dans un secteur o\u00f9 la fiabilit\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9 sont essentielles. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, les camions \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie et l'infrastructure de recharge n\u00e9cessaire pour les faire fonctionner pourraient \u00eatre plus viables apr\u00e8s tout.<\/p>\n<h4>Le march\u00e9 des camions va-t-il \u00e9galement faire une pause en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9lectrification ?<\/h4>\n<p>Enfin, si l'UE offre des incitations pour les camions EREV, les constructeurs europ\u00e9ens de camions risquent d'\u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9s par les fabricants chinois qui ont beaucoup plus d'exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de technologie EREV et de batteries.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, comme l'a montr\u00e9 le march\u00e9 des voitures particuli\u00e8res, un passage imm\u00e9diat aux v\u00e9hicules enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectriques n'est peut-\u00eatre pas non plus r\u00e9aliste sur le march\u00e9 des camions.
