Cette pratique prendra fin le 1er juillet, les chemins de fer souhaitant acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la num\u00e9risation et rendre la fraude plus difficile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir du 1er juillet, toute personne voyageant sans billet enfreindra imm\u00e9diatement les r\u00e8gles \u00e0 bord d'un train de la SNCB. Le passager ne pourra r\u00e9gulariser sa situation qu'en payant 90 euros dans un d\u00e9lai de 14 jours. Pour ce faire, les fraudeurs doivent fournir leurs donn\u00e9es d'identification.<\/p>\n<p>Si ce paiement n'est pas effectu\u00e9 dans les d\u00e9lais, une amende administrative de 250 euros sera impos\u00e9e. En cas de r\u00e9cidive, l'amende passe \u00e0 500 euros. Pour les passagers qui ne peuvent pas pr\u00e9senter de pi\u00e8ce d'identit\u00e9, le conducteur du train peut faire appel \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Payer d'abord, voyager ensuite<\/h4>\n<p>Avec la nouvelle mesure \u2018payer d'abord, voyager ensuite\u2019, la SNCB entend r\u00e9duire le risque d'agression contre le personnel et le nombre de cas de fraude. \u201cLes conflits li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'absence de titre de transport valable sont la principale cause d'agression contre le personnel\u201d, explique la SNCB.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn 2025, pas moins de 2 602 cas d'agression contre le personnel de la SNMB\/SNCB ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s, soit une moyenne de sept par jour. Malheureusement, ce nombre a augment\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 2024, o\u00f9 2 103 cas d'agression ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, 7% des passagers ne sont pas en mesure de pr\u00e9senter un billet valide lors d'un contr\u00f4le. Les ventes \u00e0 bord ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 moins de 1,5% du total des ventes l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h4>Probl\u00e8me pour les analphab\u00e8tes num\u00e9riques<\/h4>\n<p>La SNCB\/SCNB intensifie \u00e9galement sa lutte contre la fraude par des contr\u00f4les suppl\u00e9mentaires, y compris des \u00e9quipes mobiles d\u00e9di\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiquement aux \u00e9checs en mati\u00e8re de billets. Le nombre de contr\u00f4les a augment\u00e9 de moiti\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re par rapport \u00e0 2024.<\/p>\n<p>La compagnie ferroviaire \u00e9tudie \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 d'installer <a href=\"https:\/\/newmobility.news\/fr\/2026\/02\/13\/nmbs-sncb-backtracks-access-gates-in-stations-to-be-re-examined\/\">barri\u00e8res \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e<\/a> dans les gares. Le ministre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la Mobilit\u00e9 Jean-Luc Crucke (Les Engag\u00e9s) y est favorable.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes qui ne sont pas \u00e0 l'aise avec un smartphone ou l'application de la SNCB, comme certaines personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ou des groupes vuln\u00e9rables, sont particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9es par cette mesure. S'il n'y a pas de distributeur de billets en \u00e9tat de marche dans une petite gare, ces personnes n'ont pas d'autre solution une fois qu'elles sont mont\u00e9es dans le train. Dans ce cas, la seule chose \u00e0 faire est de compter sur l'aide ou la bonne volont\u00e9 d'un autre passager.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que la SNCB indique que les voyageurs peuvent s'adresser au service client\u00e8le en cas de panne d'un distributeur de billets, dans la pratique, cela engendre souvent du stress et des disputes avec les chefs de train qui ne sont pas toujours au courant d'un dysfonctionnement local. En tout \u00e9tat de cause, si l'automate n'est pas encore r\u00e9pertori\u00e9 comme d\u00e9fectueux, le billet sera \u00e9mis au prix de 90 \u20ac et le voyageur devra alors s'adresser au service client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<h4>Tendance europ\u00e9enne<\/h4>\n<p>L'aimable contr\u00f4leur qui d\u00e9livre rapidement un billet \u00e0 un voyageur press\u00e9 qui n'a pas eu le temps d'en acheter un est en train de dispara\u00eetre dans la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de l'Europe. En cons\u00e9quence, le train ressemble de plus en plus \u00e0 l'avion : tout est organis\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avance et le contr\u00f4le \u00e0 bord n'est plus qu'une simple v\u00e9rification, et non une transaction au point de vente assortie d'une surtaxe.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, aux Pays-Bas, en France, en Italie et en Espagne, il est impossible depuis des ann\u00e9es d'acheter un billet aupr\u00e8s du contr\u00f4leur. Si vous montez \u00e0 bord sans billet, vous \u00eates imm\u00e9diatement sanctionn\u00e9 par une amende major\u00e9e du prix du billet.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les trains longue distance de la Deutsche Bahn, il existe encore une p\u00e9riode de gr\u00e2ce num\u00e9rique : vous pouvez acheter un billet via l'application DB jusqu'\u00e0 dix minutes apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, mais apr\u00e8s cela, vous
