Dans ce cas, le cycliste a non seulement re\u00e7u une lourde amende, mais il a \u00e9galement d\u00fb laisser sa voiture ou sa moto en stationnement pendant un certain temps.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les polices de Gand et de Louvain nuancent toutefois ces chiffres. \u201cNous ne recherchons pas sp\u00e9cifiquement les cyclistes ivres ; la plupart de nos constatations d\u00e9coulent du fait que nous soumettons toutes les parties impliqu\u00e9es dans un accident, y compris les cyclistes, \u00e0 un alcootest.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

0,8 pour mille<\/h4>\n

Mais il est vrai que les cyclistes qui ont beaucoup trop bu risquent de perdre leur permis de conduire, confirme un juge de police exp\u00e9riment\u00e9. Toutefois, cette proposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9e apr\u00e8s que l'institut de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re Vias, entre autres, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'un cycliste ivre peut \u00e9galement provoquer des situations de circulation tr\u00e8s dangereuses.\u00a0<\/span>M.
