Le jour m\u00eame o\u00f9 Lufthansa c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le 100e anniversaire de son premier vol, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement auquel le chancelier Merz doit assister, la compagnie a\u00e9rienne est \u00e0 nouveau touch\u00e9e par une gr\u00e8ve - la cinqui\u00e8me gr\u00e8ve majeure chez Lufthansa cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s l'annulation de centaines de vols en raison d'une gr\u00e8ve des pilotes lundi et mardi, un syndicat a appel\u00e9 le personnel de cabine \u00e0 faire gr\u00e8ve mercredi et jeudi. Le syndicat des pilotes appelle \u00e9galement \u00e0 de nouvelles actions de gr\u00e8ve jeudi et vendredi.<\/p>\n

Proc\u00e9dures d'arbitrage<\/h4>\n

La gr\u00e8ve de deux jours, lundi et mardi, a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par le syndicat de pilotes Vereinigung Cockpit (VC). Les pilotes ont agi parce qu'ils voulaient un meilleur plan de pension et un meilleur salaire chez Lufthansa CityLine. Le syndicat des pilotes reproche \u00e9galement \u00e0 Lufthansa son refus de n\u00e9gocier. Lufthansa, pour sa part, consid\u00e8re que les exigences en mati\u00e8re de pension sont \u2019absurdes\u2019 et \u201cimpossibles \u00e0 satisfaire\u201d.\u201c<\/p>\n

Le syndicat des pilotes a donc annonc\u00e9 que les les pilotes feront gr\u00e8ve<\/a> jeudi et vendredi, y compris dans les filiales CityLine et Eurowings. \u201cLa situation reste inchang\u00e9e. Il n'y a eu absolument aucun mouvement du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des employeurs\u2019, d\u00e9clare le syndicat. VC demande \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent un arbitrage pour r\u00e9soudre le conflit.<\/p>\n

Le personnel de cabine est \u00e9galement m\u00e9content<\/h4>\n

Le syndicat UFO a \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9quipage de cabine<\/a> Apr\u00e8s des mois de n\u00e9gociations infructueuses sur une nouvelle convention collective, la Commission europ\u00e9enne a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de passer \u00e0 l'action. L'absence de plan social pour la filiale CityLine, qui doit \u00eatre dissoute et remplac\u00e9e par la compagnie s\u0153ur City Airlines, constitue un point d'achoppement majeur.<\/p>\n

Les gr\u00e8ves affecteront Lufthansa, Lufthansa Cargo et CityLine. Il n'y aura pas de gr\u00e8ve dans les autres filiales du groupe, y compris Brussels Airlines. Par cons\u00e9quent, l'impact sur Brussels Airport sera limit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
