Si vous circulez ces jours-ci autour de l'a\u00e9roport de Zaventem ou de Bruxelles, vous avez int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 faire attention. En effet, vous risquez d\u00e9sormais de voir appara\u00eetre dans votre r\u00e9troviseur la d\u00e9sormais c\u00e9l\u00e8bre voiture de police Tesla de la zone de police locale.<\/p>\n

Ou comment, apr\u00e8s plus de six ans d'inactivit\u00e9, la voiture peut enfin \u00eatre mise en service - un exemple classique de la fa\u00e7on dont un achat relativement simple peut se transformer en des ann\u00e9es de paperasserie administrative et juridique.<\/p>\n

Les documents ne sont pas en ordre<\/h4>\n

Fin ao\u00fbt 2018, la police de Zaventem annon\u00e7ait triomphalement que, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l'engagement de la municipalit\u00e9 en faveur d'une politique respectueuse de l'environnement, le district de police avait opt\u00e9 pour 100% EV - plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment deux voitures Tesla Model S, une premi\u00e8re pour la police belge. Mais l'histoire a pris une autre tournure...<\/p>\n

La police avait achet\u00e9 ces deux Teslas dans le cadre d'un appel d'offres europ\u00e9en aupr\u00e8s d'un concessionnaire n\u00e9erlandais. Ce dernier \u00e9tait le moins disant, mais il n'a livr\u00e9 les voitures que bien plus tard, apr\u00e8s l'intervention d'avocats.<\/p>\n

Lorsque les voitures ont finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9es, des documents essentiels \u00e0 l'immatriculation en Belgique manquaient. En juin 2022, les papiers d'une Tesla \u00e9taient en r\u00e8gle, mais pas ceux de la seconde.<\/p>\n

Toute une saga<\/h4>\n

Il s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que le document d'immatriculation manquant \u00e9tait en possession d'une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de leasing n\u00e9erlandaise : le vendeur avait \u00e9galement vendu cette m\u00eame Tesla \u00e0 cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Le garage n\u00e9erlandais a ensuite fait faillite, ce qui a encore compliqu\u00e9 l'affaire.<\/p>\n

Une fois que les documents relatifs \u00e0 cette voiture ont enfin \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en ordre apr\u00e8s de nombreuses formalit\u00e9s administratives, la voiture a \u00e9galement eu pour aller au garage<\/a> pour des r\u00e9parations. La Tesla avait besoin d'un deuxi\u00e8me circuit pour la sir\u00e8ne et devait \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un espace de rangement suppl\u00e9mentaire dans le coffre.<\/p>\n

Deux fois le prix initial<\/h4>\n

La Tesla en question a co\u00fbt\u00e9 82 000 euros, mais le co\u00fbt total est pass\u00e9 depuis \u00e0 environ 160 000 euros. Au prix d'achat s'ajoutent 40 000 euros de frais de justice, un accord de r\u00e8glement et 18 000 euros de TVA, car la voiture est toujours immatricul\u00e9e aux Pays-Bas.<\/p>\n

Mais aujourd'hui, il est enfin pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre mis en service. Selon la VRT News, si l'inspection finale est concluante, le v\u00e9hicule pourra \u00eatre mis en service d\u00e8s la fin de la semaine.<\/p>\n
