Bien que les demandes ne soient pas encore ouvertes, le programme s'appliquera r\u00e9troactivement aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques immatricul\u00e9s depuis le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le fondement du nouveau syst\u00e8me d'incitation est la loi allemande sur la promotion de la mobilit\u00e9 climatiquement neutre, que le Bundestag vient d'adopter. Toutefois, cette loi ne fait qu'\u00e9tablir le cadre juridique ; les d\u00e9put\u00e9s doivent encore voter sur les d\u00e9tails sp\u00e9cifiques de l'incitation. Ceux-ci seront d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, dont le ministre de l'environnement, Carsten Schneider, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les grandes lignes en janvier.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision du Bundestag, les demandes ne pourront pas \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9es imm\u00e9diatement. La plateforme en ligne n\u00e9cessaire n'est pas encore op\u00e9rationnelle. D'apr\u00e8s des d\u00e9clarations ant\u00e9rieures, le portail devrait \u00eatre lanc\u00e9 en mai, mais la date exacte n'a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h4>Jusqu'\u00e0 6 000 euros et avec effet r\u00e9troactif<\/h4>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que les demandes soient ouvertes plus tard, les acheteurs peuvent demander l'incitation r\u00e9troactivement \u00e0 partir du d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e, comme Schneider l'a annonc\u00e9 en janvier. Le Bundestag vient de le confirmer, en pr\u00e9cisant que la prime s'appliquera g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques immatricul\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois apr\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2026, m\u00eame si le contrat d'achat a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 avant l'introduction de la demande.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les particuliers peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de subventions allant jusqu'\u00e0 6 000 euros pour les voitures \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie et jusqu'\u00e0 4 500 euros pour les voitures hybrides rechargeables, en fonction de leurs revenus et de leur situation familiale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie, la prime de base est de 3 000 euros pour les m\u00e9nages dont le revenu annuel imposable est inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 80 000 euros. Ce montant passe \u00e0 4 000 euros pour les revenus inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 60 000 euros et \u00e0 5 000 euros pour les revenus inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 45 000 euros. Les familles peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'une aide suppl\u00e9mentaire : 500 euros pour un enfant de moins de 18 ans vivant dans le m\u00e9nage, ou 1 000 euros pour deux enfants ou plus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combin\u00e9 \u00e0 la prime de base la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 5 000 euros (pour les revenus inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 45 000 euros), il en r\u00e9sulte une subvention maximale de 6 000 euros, souvent cit\u00e9e. Pour les v\u00e9hicules hybrides rechargeables et les prolongateurs d'autonomie, la prime de base est de 1 500 euros. Ce montant peut \u00e9galement augmenter, en fonction des niveaux de revenus inf\u00e9rieurs et des primes pour enfants applicables, jusqu'\u00e0 un maximum de 4 500 euros.<\/p>\n<h4>Critique \u00e9galement<\/h4>\n<p>L'inclusion des hybrides rechargeables et des prolongateurs d'autonomie dans le syst\u00e8me d'incitation a suscit\u00e9 des critiques lors du d\u00e9bat au Bundestag. Till Steffen, du parti des Verts, a qualifi\u00e9 cette mesure d\u201c\u201dincitation absolument erron\u00e9e\", arguant du fait que ces v\u00e9hicules fonctionnent essentiellement \u00e0 l'essence. Depuis la pr\u00e9sentation des points cl\u00e9s en janvier, la structure des niveaux et des crit\u00e8res d'incitation a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 critiqu\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant d\u00e9fectueuse.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis lors, de nombreux fabricants ont lanc\u00e9 leurs propres campagnes de rabais en Allemagne. Par cons\u00e9quent, la demande de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 notre programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 faible jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Martin Sander, directeur des ventes de Volkswagen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cL'int\u00e9r\u00eat est certainement \u00e9lev\u00e9, mais relativement peu de transactions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conclues \u00e0 ce jour.
