Le PDG Oliver Blume pr\u00e9voit de r\u00e9duire les surcapacit\u00e9s en Chine et en Europe tout en \u00e9vitant les fermetures d'usines en Allemagne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des \u2018mesures intelligentes\u2019. Ces mesures peuvent inclure la vente d'usines \u00e0 d'autres industries ou \u00e0 des concurrents (chinois).<\/p>\n<p>L'ancien patron de Porsche et actuel PDG du groupe VW, Oliver Blume, d\u00e9crit 2019 comme la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e dans un environnement de march\u00e9 pr\u00e9visible avant la crise de Covid. \u00c0 l'\u00e9poque, le groupe Volkswagen avait vendu environ 11 millions de v\u00e9hicules dans le monde, toutes marques confondues, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Blume lors d'une interview accord\u00e9e au magazine allemand Manager Magazin.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe a construit une capacit\u00e9 d'environ 12 millions d'unit\u00e9s par an, ce qui, en moyenne, donne un taux d'utilisation solide, m\u00eame s'il subsiste des diff\u00e9rences entre les diff\u00e9rentes usines.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, depuis la crise de Covid, les ventes annuelles de Volkswagen sont tomb\u00e9es \u00e0 environ neuf millions de v\u00e9hicules, dans des conditions de march\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement modifi\u00e9es. Selon les plans actuels, le groupe doit maintenant r\u00e9duire ses co\u00fbts de 20%.<\/p>\n<h4>La nouvelle normalit\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>\u201cLes droits de douane aux \u00c9tats-Unis, l'\u00e9norme pression concurrentielle en Chine, le r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement du march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en, et maintenant la guerre au Moyen-Orient. Cependant, la r\u00e9cente marge b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d'exploitation de 2,8% n'est pas suffisante pour financer des investissements majeurs \u00e0 partir des ressources propres de l'entreprise. Blume pr\u00e9voit donc de s'attaquer aux co\u00fbts pour rendre le groupe plus r\u00e9sistant et mieux positionn\u00e9 dans un environnement difficile, m\u00eame dans un march\u00e9 \u00e0 faible croissance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLes surcapacit\u00e9s ne sont pas viables \u00e0 long terme pour notre entreprise. Et dans le march\u00e9 et le paysage concurrentiel d'aujourd'hui, la planification des volumes du pass\u00e9 n'est pas r\u00e9aliste\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Blume. En Chine, le constructeur automobile a d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9duit sa capacit\u00e9 d'un million de v\u00e9hicules, et en Europe, VW et Audi sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 r\u00e9duire encore leur capacit\u00e9 d'un million de v\u00e9hicules.<\/p>\n<h4>R\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt des usines, ne pas les fermer<\/h4>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que M. Blume ne nomme pas de sites sp\u00e9cifiques menac\u00e9s dans l'interview et ne fasse pas de distinction entre la production de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 combustion et la production de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie, la surcapacit\u00e9 au sein de Volkswagen est bien connue dans le secteur. Buzz et le Volkswagen T7 Multivan ne sont pas non plus en mesure d'utiliser pleinement l'usine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn Allemagne, nous r\u00e9duisons actuellement les co\u00fbts des usines en collaboration avec le comit\u00e9 d'entreprise et nous r\u00e9alisons des progr\u00e8s sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent chez Volkswagen\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Nous devons d\u00e9velopper des voies pour r\u00e9duire nos propres surcapacit\u00e9s de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re.\"<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, Bastian Ernst, d\u00e9put\u00e9 allemand de la CDU, a annonc\u00e9 que le sp\u00e9cialiste isra\u00e9lien de la d\u00e9fense Rafael pourrait prendre le contr\u00f4le d'Osnabr\u00fcck. Blume n'exclut pas la possibilit\u00e9 de vendre une usine \u00e0 un concurrent chinois d\u00e9sireux de s'implanter en Europe et d'\u00e9viter les droits de douane europ\u00e9ens en produisant localement. Il temp\u00e8re toutefois les attentes \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Les usines de VW sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme co\u00fbteuses en raison de leur taux d'utilisation et des conventions collectives. Et pour les entreprises chinoises, \u201cles co\u00fbts d'usine sont, bien s\u00fbr, tr\u00e8s importants\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>M. Blume pense qu'une sorte de \u2018coproduction\u2019 avec des fabricants chinois pourrait \u00eatre int\u00e9ressante pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la surcapacit\u00e9 de ses usines europ\u00e9ennes. Dans le m\u00eame temps, il envisage la possibilit\u00e9 de vendre \u00e9galement des \u2018produits VW chinois\u2019 en Europe. Pour les groupes motopropulseurs, nous nous alignerons sur les march\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux. Pour les variantes d'\u00e9quipement, nous concentrerons encore davantage notre offre\u201d, a expliqu\u00e9 le PDG.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l'on voit le <a href=\"https:\/\/newmobility.news\/fr\/2026\/04\/22\/volkswagen-arrives-in-beijing-with-three-concepts-to-fence-off-chinese-dominance\/\">avalanche de mod\u00e8les<\/a>, \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la marque VW et le groupe dans son ensemble pr\u00e9voient de s'implanter en Chine (sous les marques VW et Audi, mais aussi Jetta et AUDI), la r\u00e9duction du nombre de mod\u00e8les devra tr\u00e8s probablement se faire ailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, le groupe VW travaille \u00e9galement d'arrache-pied sur ses segments de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques abordables, avec des voitures telles que l'ID.
