Le march\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenu par une forte activit\u00e9 des consommateurs, favoris\u00e9e par des avantages fiscaux et des syst\u00e8mes d'incitation nouveaux ou r\u00e9vis\u00e9s dans les principaux pays europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p>Les v\u00e9hicules hybrides-\u00e9lectriques sont en t\u00eate des types d'\u00e9nergie les plus populaires aupr\u00e8s des acheteurs, tandis que la part de march\u00e9 des voitures \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie a atteint 19,4%. \u201cParall\u00e8lement, les v\u00e9hicules hybrides rechargeables ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 renforcer leur position, soulignant l'importance d'une voie technologiquement neutre vers la d\u00e9carbonisation\u201d, souligne l'ACEA.<\/p>\n<h4>Par source d'alimentation<\/h4>\n<p>Les voitures \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie repr\u00e9sentaient 19,4% de la part de march\u00e9 de l'UE au premier trimestre 2026, soit une augmentation par rapport aux 15,2% enregistr\u00e9s un an plus t\u00f4t. Les immatriculations de voitures hybrides-\u00e9lectriques ont captur\u00e9 38,6% du march\u00e9, restant le choix pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 des consommateurs dans l'UE. Il se vendra \u00e9galement plus de nouveaux v\u00e9hicules hybrides rechargeables que de voitures diesel au premier trimestre 2026.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h5>\u00c9lectrique<\/h5>\n<p>Au premier trimestre 2026, 546 937 nouvelles voitures \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 immatricul\u00e9es, soit 19,4% de part de march\u00e9 dans l'UE. Les quatre plus grands march\u00e9s de l'UE, qui repr\u00e9sentent ensemble plus de 60% des immatriculations de voitures \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie, ont enregistr\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats mitig\u00e9s : L'Italie (+65,7%), la France (+50,4%) et l'Allemagne (+41,3%) ont enregistr\u00e9 une forte croissance.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, la Belgique (-2,3%) a connu une baisse. Cela est d\u00fb en grande partie \u00e0 une chute importante (pr\u00e8s de 20%) des ventes sur le march\u00e9 professionnel (o\u00f9 la plupart des BEV sont vendus), compens\u00e9e en partie par une hausse des ventes aux particuliers, \u00e9galement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par le succ\u00e8s du salon de l'automobile de Bruxelles en janvier. De nombreux acheteurs individuels ne sont pas encore enclins \u00e0 acheter une voiture enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectrique en Belgique pour le moment.<\/p>\n<h5>Hybride<\/h5>\n<p>Les chiffres du premier trimestre 2026 montrent \u00e9galement que les nouvelles immatriculations de voitures hybrides-\u00e9lectriques dans l'UE ont augment\u00e9 pour atteindre 1 089 421 unit\u00e9s, soutenues par la croissance en Italie (+25,8%) et en Espagne (+18,5%), l'Allemagne (+7,4%) et la France (+3,1%) ayant \u00e9galement apport\u00e9 une contribution positive. Dans l'ensemble, les mod\u00e8les hybrides-\u00e9lectriques ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 38,6% du march\u00e9 total de l'UE.<\/p>\n<p>Les immatriculations de voitures \u00e9lectriques hybrides rechargeables continuent de cro\u00eetre, atteignant 268 344 unit\u00e9s au cours des trois premiers mois de 2026. Cette \u00e9volution est due \u00e0 l'augmentation des volumes sur les march\u00e9s cl\u00e9s, notamment l'Italie (+110,1%), l'Espagne (+74,2%) et l'Allemagne (+19,3%). En cons\u00e9quence, les nouvelles voitures \u00e9lectriques plug-in-hybrides repr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9sormais 9,5% des immatriculations dans l'UE, contre 7,6% au 1er trimestre 2025.<\/p>\n<h5>Essence et diesel<\/h5>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin du premier trimestre 2026, les immatriculations de voitures \u00e0 essence ont diminu\u00e9 de 18,2%, avec des baisses sur tous les principaux march\u00e9s. La France a connu la contraction la plus importante, avec une chute de 40,3%, tandis que d'autres march\u00e9s cl\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement enregistr\u00e9 des baisses \u00e0 deux chiffres.<br \/>\ndiminue : Italie (-18,6%), Espagne (-18,1%), et Allemagne (-16,1%). Avec 636 502 nouvelles voitures immatricul\u00e9es au cours des trois derniers mois, la part de march\u00e9 de l'essence est tomb\u00e9e \u00e0 22,6% contre 28,7% au 1er trimestre 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 des voitures diesel a \u00e9galement poursuivi sa tendance \u00e0 la baisse, bien qu'\u00e0 un rythme l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus lent, avec des immatriculations en recul de 15,7% et repr\u00e9sentant 7,7% des immatriculations de voitures neuves au premier trimestre 2026, contre plus de 9% au premier trimestre 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00eames tendances sont observ\u00e9es dans les pays de l'AELE (Islande, Norv\u00e8ge, Suisse) et au Royaume-Uni, avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat nettement plus marqu\u00e9 pour les v\u00e9hicules hybrides rechargeables au Royaume-Uni (+46,6%), contrastant avec la disparition quasi-totale de ce type de v\u00e9hicule en Norv\u00e8ge (-90,6%). Dans ce dernier pays, les voitures hybrides normales souffrent encore plus : -95,6%. Le march\u00e9 automobile norv\u00e9gien est le seul march\u00e9 \u00e0 enregistrer une baisse des ventes (-15,5%) au cours du premier trimestre de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h4>Par marque<\/h4>\n<p>Une fois de plus, le groupe Volkswagen confirme son statut de leader ; ses ventes sont en hausse de 7,8% en mars, mais sa part de march\u00e9 est en l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse, \u00e0 25,6% (contre 26,7% en mars de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re). Cela indique que d'autres ont \u00e9galement obtenu de bons r\u00e9sultats. Au sein du groupe, Skoda (+21,2%) et Audi (+18,5%) se portent bien, mais Porsche poursuit sa chute (-14,5%).<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe Stellantis reste deuxi\u00e8me, avec des ventes en hausse de 6,8% au total, et des marques comme Fiat (+26,7%), Citro\u00ebn (+18,3%), Opel\/Vauxhall (+22,9%), et Lancia\/Chrysler (+15,3%) qui affichent de tr\u00e8s bons r\u00e9sultats. Peugeot (-10,6%) et Alfa Romeo (-17,2%) sont plus pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s, tout comme DS, qui est en baisse constante (-6,7% en mars). La part de march\u00e9 du groupe est en l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse (de 16,8% \u00e0 16,0%).<\/p>\n<p>Le Groupe Renault reste fermement en troisi\u00e8me position, avec une augmentation des ventes de 3,9%, mais sa part de march\u00e9 diminue \u00e9galement, passant de 11,7% \u00e0 10,8%. La bataille pour la quatri\u00e8me place a \u00e9t\u00e9 rude en mars, et un nouveau vainqueur est apparu : BMW Group. Il a vu ses ventes augmenter de 19,8% et a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 Hyundai de 95 voitures (sur pr\u00e8s de 80 000 chacune). Les deux marques ont une part de march\u00e9 de 6,81 TTP3T, mais BMW passe de 6,41 TTP3T \u00e0 Hyundai, qui recule de 7,21 TTP3T. Le groupe Toyota occupe d\u00e9sormais la sixi\u00e8me place, avec une part de march\u00e9 de 6,5%.<\/p>\n<p>Mercedes-Benz se maintient confortablement \u00e0 la septi\u00e8me place, avec une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation des ventes (+3,8%) et une part de march\u00e9 de 4,9%. Nissan (-3.8%) et Ford (-14.5%) perdent tous deux des ventes, de sorte que la bataille pour la huiti\u00e8me place revient \u00e0 quelqu'un d'autre, Tesla. La marque \u00e9lectrique am\u00e9ricaine semble s'\u00eatre enfin remise de son effondrement des ventes et a vu ses ventes de mars plus que doubler (+101,9%), terminant avec une part de march\u00e9 de 3,2% (contre 1,8% l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re). Nissan (2,7%) pr\u00e9c\u00e8de Ford (2,2%) \u00e0 la neuvi\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n<p>Juste en dessous du top 10, nous voyons appara\u00eetre les deux plus grands constructeurs chinois. SAIC Motor se hisse \u00e0 la 11e place, avec une augmentation des ventes de 6% et une part de march\u00e9 de 2,0%, d\u00e9passant Volvo (1,9%), tandis que BYD (13e) fait \u00e0 nouveau un bond en avant (1,8% de part de march\u00e9, contre 0,8%) avec une augmentation des ventes de 155,2%.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux derni\u00e8res marques atteignant encore plus de 1% sont Mazda (1,6%, +37,4% de ventes) et Suzuki (1,3%, -5,5% de ventes). Land Rover a connu une nouvelle petite hausse de ses ventes (+15,3%) et reste 16\u00e8me. Honda (17\u00e8me) augmente ses ventes de 21% et d\u00e9passe Mitsubishi (18\u00e8me), qui est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un s\u00e9rieux d\u00e9clin de ses ventes (-38,9%).<\/p>\n<h4>Cumul\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>Si l'on consid\u00e8re le premier trimestre dans son ensemble, le trio de t\u00eate reste le m\u00eame, le groupe VW \u00e9tant de loin le plus important (26,4% de part de march\u00e9), suivi du groupe Stellantis (17,3%) et du groupe Renault (10,1%). La bataille pour la quatri\u00e8me place est toujours remport\u00e9e par le groupe Toyota, avec une part de march\u00e9 de 7,2% (en baisse par rapport \u00e0 7,7%), suivi par le groupe Hyundai (6,9%, en baisse par rapport \u00e0 7,4%) et le groupe BMW (6,7%, en hausse par rapport \u00e0 6,6%).<\/p>\n<p>Mercedes-Benz reste fermement \u00e0 la septi\u00e8me place avec une part de march\u00e9 de 4,8%, suivie par Ford et Nissan. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'augmentation ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nale de ses ventes en mars, Tesla est revenu dans le top 10 et d\u00e9tient d\u00e9sormais une part de march\u00e9 de 2% (contre 1,3% au premier trimestre 2025). SAIC Motor et Volvo Cars (tous deux avec 2,0% de part de march\u00e9) se livrent une bataille acharn\u00e9e pour la 11e place, la marque chinoise \u00e9tant en t\u00eate. L'autre marque chinoise, BYD, a vu sa part de march\u00e9 passer de 0,7% \u00e0 1,8% en un an et ses ventes augmenter de 169,7%.<\/p>\n<p>Suzuki est 14\u00e8me (1,4% de part de march\u00e9), Mazda suit avec 1,3%, et Land Rover remporte (de justesse) la bataille pour la 16\u00e8me place face \u00e0 Honda.<\/p>\n<p>Si l'on ajoute les chiffres des pays de l'AELE et du Royaume-Uni \u00e0 ceux de l'UE, rien ne change dans le trio de t\u00eate, mais c'est le groupe Hyundai qui occupe la quatri\u00e8me place, suivi du groupe BMW et du groupe Toyota.
