CATL lance quatre nouvelles batteries qui changent la donne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c0 la veille du salon de l'automobile de P\u00e9kin, CATL a organis\u00e9 sa journ\u00e9e technique annuelle et a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 quatre nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de batterie en m\u00eame temps. L'innovation s'\u00e9tend d'une cellule LFP record pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques grand public \u00e0 une batterie sodium-ion qui sera produite dans le courant de l'ann\u00e9e. Cette salve est une r\u00e9ponse directe au lancement de la Blade Battery 2.0 de BYD le mois dernier et, sur plusieurs fronts, elle va encore plus loin.<\/p>\n<p>Le choix du moment \u00e9tait d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9. Moins de 24 heures avant que le plus grand salon automobile du monde n'ouvre ses portes \u00e0 P\u00e9kin, le CATL a r\u00e9uni la presse pour ce qui s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement le plus techniquement dense de l'ann\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de batteries.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 BYD<\/h4>\n<p>Quatre nouveaux syst\u00e8mes. Quatre chimies diff\u00e9rentes. Mais un message clair : le plus grand fabricant de batteries au monde, qui d\u00e9tient plus de 48% du march\u00e9 mondial des batteries d'\u00e9nergie au d\u00e9but de 2026, n'allait pas laisser l'annonce r\u00e9cente de BYD concernant la recharge \u00e9clair sans r\u00e9ponse.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le mois dernier, son principal concurrent a lanc\u00e9 Blade Battery 2.0 en grande pompe : la charge passe de 10% \u00e0 70% en cinq minutes et de 10% \u00e0 97% en neuf minutes. CATL n'a pas pu faire l'impasse sur ce point, ce qui d\u00e9montre le rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9 auquel l'innovation en mati\u00e8re de batteries progresse en Chine.<\/p>\n<h4>Une PFP qui se recharge en six minutes<\/h4>\n<p>La pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse de la soir\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 la troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de Shenxing, une batterie LFP con\u00e7ue explicitement pour une charge ultra-rapide. Ses chiffres cl\u00e9s : 10% \u00e0 80% en 3 minutes et 44 secondes ( !), et une charge pratiquement compl\u00e8te de 10% \u00e0 98% en 6 minutes et 27 secondes. C'est trois minutes plus rapide que la Blade de BYD, ce qui est une \u00e9ternit\u00e9 en termes de charge.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Par temps froid, \u00e0 -30\u00b0C, elle atteint 981 TTP3T \u00e0 partir d'un point de d\u00e9part de 201 TTP3T en 9 minutes, sans n\u00e9cessiter de station de charge sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. Ce dernier d\u00e9tail est important : La r\u00e9ponse de CATL au probl\u00e8me de la charge par temps froid est un syst\u00e8me d'auto-chauffage par impulsion int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la batterie elle-m\u00eame, qui augmente la temp\u00e9rature des cellules suffisamment rapidement pour permettre une charge ultra-rapide sur n'importe quelle pile standard.<\/p>\n<p>La raison \u00e9lectrique de ces vitesses est une r\u00e9sistance interne qui, selon CATL, est la plus faible de toutes les batteries \u00e0 charge ultra-rapide sur le march\u00e9 : 0,25 milliohms, soit environ 50% de moins que la moyenne du secteur, selon CATL. En compl\u00e9ment, l'efficacit\u00e9 de la gestion thermique a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e (plus 20%), tandis que la surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature multipoint permet de suivre chaque cellule individuellement pendant le processus de charge.<\/p>\n<h4>R\u00e9volution de la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me annonce renforce les ambitions. La troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de Qilin est une batterie ternaire (NCM) qui atteint la vitesse de charge de la Shenxing : la m\u00eame 10-80% en moins de quatre minutes. Mais sa caract\u00e9ristique principale est la r\u00e9duction du poids : un pack de 125 kWh ne p\u00e8se que 625 kg. Selon CATL, cela repr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9duction de 255 kg, soit une am\u00e9lioration de 29%, par rapport \u00e0 un pack LFP de capacit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalente.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cet avantage en termes de poids a des retomb\u00e9es mesurables : Le CATL cite une am\u00e9lioration de 0,6 seconde de l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de 0 \u00e0 100 km\/h, une r\u00e9duction de 1,44 m\u00e8tre de la distance de freinage de 100 \u00e0 0, une augmentation de 8% de la vitesse du test de l'\u00e9lan et une r\u00e9duction de 6,5% du roulis de la carrosserie. Les composants du ch\u00e2ssis devraient durer 40% de plus, et la dur\u00e9e de vie des pneus devrait augmenter de 30%. La r\u00e9duction du volume de la batterie permet de gagner 18 mm au niveau de la t\u00eate de l'habitacle.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, CATL a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 une variante \u00e0 mati\u00e8re condens\u00e9e de 350 Wh\/kg. D'autres fabricants appellent cela une batterie \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat semi-solide ou liquide-solide. Le poids de la batterie reste inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 650 kg. CATL a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cette technologie est d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e dans un avion eVTOL d'AutoFlight et qu'elle pourrait permettre \u00e0 une berline de classe ex\u00e9cutive de parcourir 1 500 km en une seule charge, ou \u00e0 un SUV de taille normale d'atteindre 1 000 km.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de garder \u00e0 l'esprit une remarque : BYD est tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titif dans le domaine des LFP, mais n'a pas de produit \u00e9quivalent dans le segment ternaire (chimie contenant trois m\u00e9taux), o\u00f9 CATL d\u00e9tient plus de 80% du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Une batterie EREV qui rend le prolongateur d'autonomie superflu<\/h4>\n<p>Lors de la conf\u00e9rence de presse, CATL a indiqu\u00e9 qu'en 2025, plus de 95% des mod\u00e8les EREV vendus en Chine avec plus de 300 km d'autonomie en mode \u00e9lectrique pur \u00e9taient \u00e9quip\u00e9s de batteries Freevoy de premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. La deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration vise le m\u00eame segment et se d\u00e9cline en trois configurations chimiques : LFP standard, hybride LFP-NCM propri\u00e9taire et ternaire NCM complet. L'autonomie en mode \u00e9lectrique pur s'\u00e9tend de 500 \u00e0 600 km, selon la configuration, et toutes les variantes sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de s\u00e9rie d'un syst\u00e8me de recharge rapide 4C.<\/p>\n<p>L'importance pratique de ce chiffre de 600 km est illustr\u00e9e par les donn\u00e9es d'utilisation de la CATL. Dans les v\u00e9hicules ayant moins de 400 km d'autonomie en mode \u00e9lectrique pur, le prolongateur d'autonomie \u00e0 combustion s'active dans environ 15% des trajets. \u00c0 600 km, ce chiffre tombe en dessous de 1% - ce qui signifie que le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur \u00e0 essence est, pour la plupart des utilisateurs, un simple filet de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. L'autonomie combin\u00e9e \u00e9lectrique et thermique d\u00e9passe les 2 000 km.<\/p>\n<h4>Du laboratoire \u00e0 l'usine<\/h4>\n<p>La quatri\u00e8me annonce pourrait \u00eatre la plus importante \u00e0 long terme. CATL a confirm\u00e9 que sa batterie sodium-ion, baptis\u00e9e Naxtra, entrera en production de masse au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2026. Les cellules sodium-ion pr\u00e9sentent des avantages structurels significatifs. Elles fonctionnent bien par grand froid, leur cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res est nettement plus simple (car elles ne contiennent ni lithium, ni cobalt, ni nickel) et leur co\u00fbt pr\u00e9vu est inf\u00e9rieur d'environ 30% \u00e0 celui de la LFP, qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 nettement moins ch\u00e8re que la NMC.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En contrepartie, la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est plus faible : Les cellules sodium actuelles du CATL atteignent environ 175 Wh\/kg, ce qui facilite les applications initiales pour les v\u00e9hicules plus petits et plus abordables. Cependant, le premier v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique de tourisme \u00e0 sodium-ion produit en s\u00e9rie, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 conjointement par CATL et Changan, est une berline de luxe : la Nevo A06.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>CATL pr\u00e9voit que les batteries sodium-ion remplaceront \u00e0 terme 30% \u00e0 40% du march\u00e9 actuel des batteries.
