Il s'agit d'une nouvelle augmentation par rapport aux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, au cours desquelles 62 et 57 conducteurs avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 pris lors de contr\u00f4les pr\u00e9ventifs.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Peter Van Rompuy, d\u00e9put\u00e9 flamand et chef de file du CD&amp;V, qui a demand\u00e9 les chiffres, cette augmentation refl\u00e8te une tendance soci\u00e9tale plus large qu'il est difficile pour un seul employeur d'inverser \u00e0 lui seul. Il s'attend n\u00e9anmoins \u00e0 ce que De Lijn applique une politique de tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n<h4>Appel \u00e0 davantage de contr\u00f4les et \u00e0 des sanctions plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res<\/h4>\n<p>Ce qui ressort des chiffres, c'est qu'il y a plus de conducteurs pris en flagrant d\u00e9lit de consommation de drogues que d'alcool lors des contr\u00f4les. Par exemple, l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, De Lijn a arr\u00eat\u00e9 45 conducteurs ayant consomm\u00e9 de la drogue, contre \u2018seulement\u2019 23 conducteurs ayant trop bu.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Peter Van Rompuy, cette hausse refl\u00e8te l'augmentation de la consommation de drogues dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Son parti, le CD&amp;V, demande un renforcement significatif des contr\u00f4les et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, des sanctions plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res, compte tenu de l'augmentation des chiffres.<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00e8s de 7 000 tests d'alcool\u00e9mie et de toxicomanie<\/h4>\n<p>Tout employ\u00e9 de De Lijn dont le test pr\u00e9ventif de d\u00e9pistage d'alcool ou de drogues est positif sera temporairement suspendu. En outre, les employ\u00e9s pris en flagrant d\u00e9lit doivent participer \u00e0 un programme de conseil et se soumettre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 des tests de d\u00e9pistage d'alcool et de drogues pendant six mois. Si les conducteurs sont pris en flagrant d\u00e9lit de consommation d'alcool ou de drogue lors d'un contr\u00f4le de police pendant leur travail, ils peuvent \u00eatre licenci\u00e9s sur-le-champ.<\/p>\n<p>La direction de De Lijn souligne que l'entreprise de transport a depuis longtemps fait savoir aux chauffeurs que l'alcool et les drogues sont \u201cabsolument inacceptables\u201d et qu'elle effectue des contr\u00f4les r\u00e9guliers.<\/p>\n<p>En 2025, De Lijn a effectu\u00e9 6 900 tests d'alcool\u00e9mie et administr\u00e9 des tests de d\u00e9pistage de drogues aux conducteurs \u00e0 3 500 reprises. Cela repr\u00e9sente une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation du nombre de tests par rapport \u00e0 2024. Parmi ces tests, 0,6% se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s positifs.<\/p>\n<h4>Ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne paneurop\u00e9en<\/h4>\n<p>De Lijn effectue des contr\u00f4les pr\u00e9ventifs d'alcool\u00e9mie et de toxicomanie dans ses propres d\u00e9p\u00f4ts, mais pas dans les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts des sous-traitants, c'est-\u00e0-dire les compagnies de bus priv\u00e9es qui exploitent des lignes pour De Lijn. De plus, en raison d'une forte rotation du personnel et d'une p\u00e9nurie chronique de chauffeurs, De Lijn est sous pression pour conserver ses employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de l'augmentation de la consommation de drogues chez les conducteurs est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne paneurop\u00e9en.
