Le probl\u00e8me peut rendre le frein \u00e0 pied conventionnel compl\u00e8tement inop\u00e9rant, laissant le frein de stationnement \u00e9lectronique comme seule solution de repli. Le rappel s'applique \u00e9galement \u00e0 la Belgique, o\u00f9 le mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Audi a lanc\u00e9 un rappel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mondial concernant 96 180 unit\u00e9s des SUV \u00e9lectriques e-tron quattro et Q8 e-tron. L'action couvre \u00e0 la fois les variantes de carrosserie ordinaires et Sportback, construites entre 2019 et 2024, et s'\u00e9tend \u00e0 plusieurs march\u00e9s, dont l'Europe et l'Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\">Le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans un seul boulon<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\">La cause premi\u00e8re est d'une simplicit\u00e9 d\u00e9concertante : un seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment de fixation. La vis reliant la tige d'entr\u00e9e de la p\u00e9dale de frein \u00e0 la tige d'actionnement du servofrein n'a peut-\u00eatre pas \u00e9t\u00e9 serr\u00e9e au couple requis pendant la production. Mais les cons\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre graves. Si cette fixation se desserre, la p\u00e9dale de frein peut devenir totalement inop\u00e9rante pendant la conduite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Audi indique que les conducteurs peuvent remarquer un bruit inhabituel ou observer que la p\u00e9dale de frein ne revient pas \u00e0 sa position de repos. Il s'agit l\u00e0 de deux signes avant-coureurs. Si la p\u00e9dale ne r\u00e9pond plus, la seule option restante est le frein de stationnement \u00e9lectronique (la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ind\u00e9pendante offre une d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration douce de 0,3 g, mais un freinage brusque n\u00e9cessite une force trois fois sup\u00e9rieure). Ce n'est pas exactement l'option pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e dans une situation d'urgence.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\">D\u00e9faut de fournisseur chez Aumovio Allemagne<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\">Audi attribue le d\u00e9faut \u00e0 son fournisseur de servofreins, Aumovio Germany, qui s'appelait \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque Continental Automotive. Apparemment, la division a connu un dysfonctionnement au niveau de sa station de fixation pendant la production.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Le probl\u00e8me concerne quatre num\u00e9ros de pi\u00e8ces sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s dans la documentation officielle du rappel. Aumovio aurait corrig\u00e9 son processus de vissage en mai 2024, ce qui signifie que seuls les v\u00e9hicules produits avant cette date sont menac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Audi \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 au courant du probl\u00e8me et avait lanc\u00e9 un rappel pour les premiers mod\u00e8les de production, mais le probl\u00e8me a refait surface au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e. Deux assemblages suspects qui ne faisaient pas partie du premier rappel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9s en tant que pi\u00e8ces de rechange.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ensuite, trois autres cas du m\u00eame probl\u00e8me ont suivi, ce qui a incit\u00e9 le constructeur automobile \u00e0 mener une enqu\u00eate plus approfondie. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, aucun accident ou blessure li\u00e9 au d\u00e9faut n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\">Connexion belge<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\">Alors que le rappel concerne pr\u00e8s de 100 000 v\u00e9hicules dans le monde, le nombre de voitures concern\u00e9es en Belgique est de 2 938 unit\u00e9s, dont 88 ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9par\u00e9es lors du premier rappel. Mais l'affaire belge ne se r\u00e9sume pas au nombre de v\u00e9hicules vendus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">L'Audi e-tron \u00e9tait fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'usine Forest de Bruxelles, qui a ferm\u00e9 ses portes en f\u00e9vrier 2025, mettant fin \u00e0 la production de l'e-tron en raison de la faiblesse des ventes et dans le cadre du vaste programme de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts du groupe Volkswagen visant \u00e0 supprimer 50 000 emplois d'ici \u00e0 2030. Le successeur du Q8 e-tron devrait \u00eatre construit au Mexique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les v\u00e9hicules concern\u00e9s par le rappel portent un num\u00e9ro d'identification commen\u00e7ant par \u2018W\u2019 ou le code de l'ex-Allemagne de l'Ouest, bien qu'ils aient \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9s en Belgique. La r\u00e9paration est relativement simple et gratuite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les concessionnaires Audi inspecteront l'articulation de la vis de la tige de pouss\u00e9e du servofrein et, si n\u00e9cessaire, la renforceront \u00e0 nouveau selon les sp\u00e9cifications.
