Pourtant, dans la banlieue est de Hano\u00ef, un empire s'est constitu\u00e9 qui fa\u00e7onne de plus en plus la fa\u00e7on dont le Vi\u00eat Nam moderne vit, se d\u00e9place, \u00e9tudie, fait ses courses et r\u00eave.<\/p>\n<p>VinFast, la nouvelle marque de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques qui propose toute une gamme de voitures et ses propres bus \u00e9lectriques, tente \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de s'implanter davantage en Europe et n'est que la partie visible d'un iceberg bien plus vaste.<\/p>\n<p>Invit\u00e9s par VinFast et voyageant avec un groupe de journalistes europ\u00e9ens, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 immerg\u00e9s dans ce que de nombreux Vietnamiens appellent simplement \u201cl'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me Vin\u201d. Autour, des lagons artificiels bord\u00e9s de palmiers et des plages entretenues rappellent les paysages extravagants de l'\u00eele de Palm Island \u00e0 Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat peut sembler \u00e0 la fois futuriste et \u00e9trangement synth\u00e9tique - une vision de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 construite \u00e0 grande vitesse, o\u00f9 les symboles architecturaux mondiaux sont r\u00e9assembl\u00e9s dans une version vietnamienne distincte de la modernit\u00e9 aspirante.<\/p>\n<h4>L'homme \u2018visionnaire\u2019 le plus riche du Vi\u00eat Nam<\/h4>\n<p>\u00c0 bien des \u00e9gards, Vingroup ressemble \u00e0 l'histoire des groupes industriels g\u00e9ants contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par des familles qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'essor du Japon et de la Cor\u00e9e du Sud apr\u00e8s la guerre - les keiretsu et les chaebols tels que Hyundai, Samsung ou Toyota - sauf que cette version a vu le jour au sein d'un \u00c9tat socialiste \u00e0 parti unique.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_185898\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-185898\" style=\"width: 764px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-185898\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/newmobility.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Vingroup-founder.jpg?resize=640%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-185898\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">De l'immobilier aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, Ph\u1ea1m Nh\u1eadt V\u01b0\u1ee3ng est devenu le visage de la prochaine \u00e8re industrielle du Vietnam \/Vingroup.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Au centre se trouve l'homme le plus riche du Vi\u00eat Nam, Ph\u1ea1m Nh\u1eadt V\u01b0\u1ee3ng, un milliardaire profond\u00e9ment priv\u00e9 dont l'ascension refl\u00e8te la propre transformation du Vi\u00eat Nam, qui est pass\u00e9 de l'aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 socialiste de l'apr\u00e8s-guerre \u00e0 un capitalisme d'\u00c9tat \u00e0 marche forc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h4>Employer plus de 100 000 personnes<\/h4>\n<p>Il est difficile de surestimer l'ampleur de Vingroup aujourd'hui. Selon la mani\u00e8re dont on comptabilise sa structure tentaculaire, Vingroup englobe aujourd'hui des dizaines de filiales et d'entit\u00e9s affili\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s du groupe vont du fabricant de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques VinFast aux taxis \u00e9lectriques Green SM, en passant par les transports publics VinBus, Vin Robotics, VinMetal, les h\u00f4pitaux VinMed, l'\u00e9nergie durable VinEngero, le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif Vinschool, VinUniversity, les stations baln\u00e9aires VinPearl et les m\u00e9gaprojets immobiliers Vinhomes. La liste est sans fin, et il existe m\u00eame un prix international pour les scientifiques, le prix VinFuture, qui s'apparente \u00e0 un prix Nobel.<\/p>\n<p>Selon des estimations r\u00e9centes, l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me au sens large emploie plus de 230 000 personnes dans le monde, dont la majorit\u00e9 au Vi\u00eat Nam. Et la croissance se poursuit. On peut se demander quand le pays sera rebaptis\u00e9 Vin-Nam au lieu de Vietnam ?<\/p>\n<h4>Gouvern\u00e9 par le parti communiste<\/h4>\n<p>Le paradoxe est \u00e9vident. Tout cela se d\u00e9roule dans un pays toujours gouvern\u00e9 par le parti communiste vietnamien. Pourtant, le Vi\u00eat Nam moderne a abandonn\u00e9 depuis longtemps l'\u00e9conomie sovi\u00e9tique orthodoxe.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis les r\u00e9formes du \u0110\u1ed5i M\u1edbi de la fin des ann\u00e9es 1980, le pays poursuit ce qu'il appelle officiellement une \u201c\u00e9conomie de march\u00e9 \u00e0 orientation socialiste\u201d : un syst\u00e8me dans lequel le parti conserve le monopole politique tout en encourageant les capitaux priv\u00e9s \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Vingroup est peut-\u00eatre l'expression la plus claire de ce mod\u00e8le. N\u00e9 \u00e0 Hano\u00ef en 1968, en pleine guerre du Nord-Vietnam, il aurait grandi dans des conditions modestes, avec un p\u00e8re militaire et une m\u00e8re vendant du th\u00e9 ou de la nourriture de rue.<\/p>\n<p>Comme de nombreux \u00e9tudiants vietnamiens talentueux de sa g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, il a re\u00e7u une bourse pour \u00e9tudier en Union sovi\u00e9tique, \u00e0 l'Institut de prospection g\u00e9ologique de Moscou.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le bloc sovi\u00e9tique s'est effondr\u00e9, V\u01b0\u1ee3ng est rest\u00e9 en Ukraine au lieu de rentrer chez lui. C'est l\u00e0, dans le chaos \u00e9conomique des ann\u00e9es 1990, qu'il a fait fortune en vendant des nouilles instantan\u00e9es sous la marque Mivina. Finalement rachet\u00e9e par Nestl\u00e9, l'entreprise a fourni le capital n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de ce qui allait devenir Vingroup.<\/p>\n<p>De retour au Vi\u00eat Nam, V\u01b0\u1ee3ng s'est d'abord lanc\u00e9 dans l'immobilier de luxe, puis dans pratiquement tous les secteurs touchant la classe moyenne urbaine \u00e9mergente. Ce que nous avons visit\u00e9 en dehors de Hanoi ressemble moins \u00e0 un projet immobilier conventionnel qu'\u00e0 une civilisation urbaine construite par des particuliers.<\/p>\n<p>Vinhomes Ocean Park s'\u00e9tend sur des centaines d'hectares \u00e0 l'est de la capitale. Le message est sans \u00e9quivoque : Le Vi\u00eat Nam ne veut plus se contenter de produire \u00e0 bas prix pour le monde entier ; il veut cr\u00e9er des marques, des technologies et des talents comp\u00e9titifs \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour de nombreuses familles vietnamiennes en pleine ascension, l'attrait est \u00e9vident. Le Hanoi traditionnel peut \u00eatre synonyme d'embouteillages, de pollution, de logements exigus et d'infrastructures publiques surcharg\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L'alternative Vingroup offre l'ordre, la verdure, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les soins de sant\u00e9 priv\u00e9s, l'\u00e9ducation moderne et, de plus en plus, la mobilit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce aux v\u00e9hicules VinFast, aux taxis Green SM et aux transports publics \u00e9lectriques VinBus.<\/p>\n<p>Les critiques voient cependant \u00e9merger autre chose : des \u00eeles privatis\u00e9es pour les nantis, des exc\u00e8s immobiliers sp\u00e9culatifs et un brouillage des fronti\u00e8res entre l'ambition de l'\u00c9tat et le pouvoir des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Certains de ces vastes projets ont d'abord sembl\u00e9 \u00e9trangement \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 vides, les investisseurs s'arrachant les appartements plus vite que les habitants ne s'y installaient. D'autres affirment que des projets comme Ocean Park se d\u00e9tachent de la vitalit\u00e9 chaotique qui d\u00e9finit le \u201cvrai Hanoi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, m\u00eame les critiques reconnaissent que Vingroup a remodel\u00e9 le Vietnam \u00e0 une vitesse \u00e9tonnante. Les taxis Green SM bleu \u00e9lectrique de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dominent d\u00e9j\u00e0 une partie du paysage urbain de Hano\u00ef, tandis que VinBus est devenu une vitrine pour les transports urbains plus propres.<\/p>\n<p>Et la marque automobile VinFast, le pari le plus audacieux de tous, se profile au-dessus de tout cela. Dans son pays d'origine, VinFast est d\u00e9j\u00e0 la marque de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques la plus vendue.
