Aujourd'hui, un challenger californien bien financ\u00e9 fait son apparition. Humble propose une alternative \u00e0 l'architecture \u2018Pod\u2019 d'Einride. Son arriv\u00e9e marque le d\u00e9but d'une nouvelle phase de concurrence dans le domaine de la logistique autonome des ports et des chantiers navals.<\/p>\n<p>La start-up Humble Robotics, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 San Francisco, a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 le \u2018Humble Hauler\u2019 : un camion enti\u00e8rement autonome con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cifiquement pour le transport courte distance, de quai \u00e0 quai. Alors qu'Einride construit un v\u00e9hicule autonome sans cabine de conduite, Humble a opt\u00e9 pour une philosophie d'ing\u00e9nierie diff\u00e9rente. Le Humble Hauler est essentiellement un \u201cch\u00e2ssis de conteneur autopropuls\u00e9\u201d. Le groupe motopropulseur \u00e9lectrique et le mat\u00e9riel autonome sont directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans la structure du plateau.<\/p>\n<h4>Flexibilit\u00e9 des conteneurs<\/h4>\n<p>Cette conception permet au v\u00e9hicule de transporter des conteneurs d'exp\u00e9dition standard de 12,2 \u00e0 16,1 m\u00e8tres de mani\u00e8re flexible. Malgr\u00e9 son nom, le Humble Haulier ne vise pas le transport longue distance, mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les goulets d'\u00e9tranglement des ports maritimes, des cours de triage et des centres de distribution.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l'instar d'Einride, Humble souhaite s'attaquer au m\u00eame probl\u00e8me de march\u00e9 : la p\u00e9nurie aigu\u00eb de chauffeurs. L'approche d'Einride a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 offrir une solution de transport compl\u00e8te, g\u00e9r\u00e9e par sa plateforme de fret num\u00e9rique Saga.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Humble, \u00e0 l'inverse, r\u00e9duit le v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 son objectif le plus fondamental : d\u00e9placer des conteneurs d'un point A \u00e0 un point B dans des environnements ferm\u00e9s ou semi-ferm\u00e9s. Le Humble Hauler vise un rayon d'action de 320 kilom\u00e8tres et utilise un ensemble de capteurs \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s pour naviguer dans des parcs logistiques complexes sans tracteur traditionnel.<\/p>\n<p>En fusionnant la remorque et le v\u00e9hicule moteur en une seule plate-forme unifi\u00e9e, Humble affirme pouvoir r\u00e9duire l'empreinte op\u00e9rationnelle et am\u00e9liorer la maniabilit\u00e9 dans les espaces restreints des terminaux.<\/p>\n<h4>Capital garanti<\/h4>\n<p>Bien entendu, Einride d\u00e9tient l'avantage du premier arriv\u00e9 et a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 quelques v\u00e9hicules avec des partenaires commerciaux tels que GE Appliances et Oatly en Europe et aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Humble doit encore se faire un nom.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mais les capitaux sont l\u00e0 pour donner \u00e0 son concept au moins une chance.
