Cela signifie que des tarifs inf\u00e9rieurs au tarif moyen de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour les m\u00e9nages belges seront propos\u00e9s en heures creuses. Ce syst\u00e8me constitue une nouvelle aubaine pour les environnements o\u00f9 la recharge est limit\u00e9e par des contraintes pratiques, comme les villes.<\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, la recharge rapide publique entra\u00eene depuis longtemps un surco\u00fbt implicite pour les conducteurs ne disposant pas d'une voie d'acc\u00e8s. Ceux qui d\u00e9pendent enti\u00e8rement de l'infrastructure publique et n'ont pas acc\u00e8s aux tarifs de nuit bon march\u00e9 que les chargeurs domestiques permettent d'obtenir. Les conducteurs professionnels transf\u00e8rent ces co\u00fbts \u00e0 leur employeur, mais pour l'adoption priv\u00e9e, le co\u00fbt plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de la recharge publique est sans aucun doute un obstacle de taille.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Tarifs \u00e0 0,34 \u20ac\/kWh<\/h4>\n<p>Electra, l'op\u00e9rateur de recharge ultra-rapide fond\u00e9 par des Fran\u00e7ais, tente de combler cette lacune. Il lance aujourd'hui un mod\u00e8le de tarification dynamique heures pleines\/heures creuses dans ses stations belges les plus fr\u00e9quent\u00e9es. Compte tenu des fluctuations importantes des prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, ce syst\u00e8me est logique, mais moins rentable pour l'op\u00e9rateur. Comme Electra est s\u00e9lective dans son d\u00e9ploiement, elle semble consid\u00e9rer le nouveau format de tarification comme une exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>Les abonn\u00e9s d'Electra+ Smart peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de tarifs r\u00e9duits \u00e0 partir de 0,34 \u20ac\/kWh dans les zones les plus encombr\u00e9es du r\u00e9seau. L'entreprise affirme que ce prix est inf\u00e9rieur au co\u00fbt moyen de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour les m\u00e9nages en Belgique.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mais est-ce le cas ? Selon les donn\u00e9es sur l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 domestique (Statista Q4 2025), les consommateurs belges paient environ $0,40\/kWh (0,344 \u20ac) sur les tarifs r\u00e9sidentiels, ce qui donne l'avantage \u00e0 Electra. Mais cela d\u00e9pend aussi de l'endroit o\u00f9 l'on facture.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le tarif de remboursement officiel fix\u00e9 par le r\u00e9gulateur de l'\u00e9nergie Creg est de 0,31 \u20ac en Flandre, de 0,35 \u20ac \u00e0 Bruxelles et de 0,36 \u20ac en Wallonie. Le syst\u00e8me de tarification d'Electra reste comp\u00e9titif, et c'est un coup de pouce pour les clients priv\u00e9s qui ont du mal \u00e0 installer une infrastructure de recharge domestique. Par ailleurs, les chargeurs domestiques n'offrent pas les m\u00eames vitesses que ceux d'Electra, qui atteignent 400 kW.<\/p>\n<h4>Prime de fin d'all\u00e9e<\/h4>\n<p>\u201cAvec 0,34 \u20ac\/kWh, nous proposons le tarif de recharge ultra-rapide le plus bas du march\u00e9, moins cher que le prix moyen de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 domestique en Belgique\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Louis-Charles Mosseray, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d'Electra pour la r\u00e9gion du Benelux. \u201cC'est notre r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te au d\u00e9fi du pouvoir d'achat. La mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique ne doit pas \u00eatre un luxe r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux personnes disposant d'un chargeur \u00e0 domicile\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le d'Electra emprunte explicitement \u00e0 la logique du tarif jour\/nuit que les m\u00e9nages belges connaissent depuis des d\u00e9cennies. L'id\u00e9e : si la tarification flexible fonctionne \u00e0 la maison, elle peut tout aussi bien fonctionner sur un chargeur rapide public.<\/p>\n<p>Les concurrents d'Electra suivront-ils ? Le prix est toujours un facteur d'attraction. Selon l'analyse du march\u00e9 belge de la recharge rapide r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par GIREVE, une soixantaine de CPO proposent aujourd'hui la recharge rapide en courant continu en Belgique. Mais la concurrence s'est surtout concentr\u00e9e sur le d\u00e9ploiement de l'infrastructure plut\u00f4t que sur les tactiques de tarification. Dans les stations de recharge rapide des concurrents, les clients paient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux fois plus cher, voire davantage.<\/p>\n<h4>Demande la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e uniquement<\/h4>\n<p>Malheureusement, le mod\u00e8le de tarification ne s'applique qu'aux stations Electra les plus demand\u00e9es. Les tarifs varient en fonction du cr\u00e9neau horaire et sont affich\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el dans l'application Electra avant le d\u00e9but d'une session. Une fois qu'un conducteur se branche, le tarif est bloqu\u00e9 pour la dur\u00e9e de la session. Une clause de non-responsabilit\u00e9 importante, car elle garantit au client qu'une session commen\u00e7ant \u00e0 0,34 \u20ac\/kWh reste \u00e0 ce tarif, m\u00eame si l'horloge passe dans une fen\u00eatre de pointe \u00e0 mi-charge.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, l'objectif n'est pas seulement de rendre l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 plus abordable, mais aussi de g\u00e9rer la charge du r\u00e9seau.
