Polo<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/newmobility.news\/fr\/2026\/04\/10\/cupra-raval-launched-the-most-sporty-compact-bev-in-the-vw-group\/\">Cupra Raval,<\/a> Le groupe Volkswagen pr\u00e9sente la Skoda Epiq, troisi\u00e8me mod\u00e8le de sa nouvelle famille de petites voitures \u00e9lectriques. Les prix devraient d\u00e9buter \u00e0 26 290 euros en Belgique, mais il est fort probable que seuls les mod\u00e8les les plus chers seront disponibles dans un premier temps, en commen\u00e7ant par une \u2018premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition\u2019. L'Epiq sera disponible chez les concessionnaires Skoda \u00e0 l'automne.<\/p>\n<p>Skoda enregistre actuellement de bonnes performances : en Allemagne, l'Elroq, par exemple, est la voiture \u00e9lectrique la plus vendue, et elle enregistre de bons r\u00e9sultats sur de nombreux march\u00e9s. \u00c0 partir du mois de septembre, le constructeur tch\u00e8que \u00e9largira son portefeuille en descendant encore plus bas dans la gamme avec l'Epiq. Ce SUV \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 batterie est officiellement class\u00e9 parmi les voitures compactes.<\/p>\n<p>Avec une longueur de 4,17 m\u00e8tres, l'Epiq est suffisamment courte pour entrer dans la future classe europ\u00e9enne M1e. Le mod\u00e8le mesure 1,58 m\u00e8tre de haut et 1,80 m\u00e8tre de large sans les r\u00e9troviseurs. L'un de ses principaux arguments de vente est son coffre d'une capacit\u00e9 de 475 litres, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par un volume de 25 litres. Polo et l'ID. Cross. En interne, l'ID. Cross est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme ayant le plus grand potentiel de vente car il combine la marque principale de VW avec le principe du SUV. Cependant, la r\u00e9putation de \u0160koda en Europe ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9e. Dans ce segment de march\u00e9 sensible au prix, quelques centaines d'euros peuvent faire toute la diff\u00e9rence : l'Epiq pourrait devenir le mod\u00e8le le plus vendu de la famille des VE compacts du groupe VW, car il partage la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de sa technologie et de ses dimensions avec l'ID. Croiser.<\/p>\n<h4>La chaleur<\/h4>\n<p>Tous les mod\u00e8les de la gamme sont dot\u00e9s d'une traction avant et d'un coffre g\u00e9n\u00e9reux. La conception relativement simple de l'essieu arri\u00e8re, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l'absence de moteur \u00e9lectrique entre les roues arri\u00e8re, contrairement aux mod\u00e8les MEB pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, permet de lib\u00e9rer beaucoup plus d'espace. Leurs besoins sont largement satisfaits : toutes les versions de l'Epiq sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es d'un crochet d'attelage avec une capacit\u00e9 de charge verticale de 75 kilogrammes, disponible en option, suffisante pour transporter deux v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques sur le porte-bagages fourni.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'Epiq a \u00e9galement une capacit\u00e9 de remorquage de 500 kg avec la petite batterie de traction et de 750 kg (non frein\u00e9e) ou 1 200 kg (frein\u00e9e) avec la grande batterie. Ceci nous am\u00e8ne aux trois versions disponibles.<\/p>\n<h4>Deux batteries, trois moteurs<\/h4>\n<p>La motorisation \u00e9lectrique de l'Epiq est parall\u00e8le \u00e0 celle de l'ID. Polo, \u00e0 l'exception du <a href=\"https:\/\/newmobility.news\/fr\/2026\/05\/19\/vw-id-polo-also-comes-as-a-gti\/\">GTI qui vient d'\u00eatre lanc\u00e9e. <\/a>Les Epiq 35 et Epiq 40 sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es d'une batterie de 37,5 kilowattheures, ce qui leur conf\u00e8re une autonomie WLTP de 310 kilom\u00e8tres. Le moteur \u00e9lectrique de l'Epiq 35 d\u00e9livre 85 kilowatts, tandis que l'Epiq 40, avec la m\u00eame batterie, offre 99 kW. Le couple maximal est de 267 Nm. La vitesse maximale est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 150 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour l'instant, le prix de la petite Skoda commence \u00e0 environ 32 000 euros pour l'Epiq 55. Elle est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'une batterie plus importante d'une capacit\u00e9 nette de 51,5 kWh. Le client b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d'une autonomie WLTP de 440 km, d'un temps de charge standard de 24 minutes et d'une puissance nettement sup\u00e9rieure de 155 kW. Le couple passe \u00e0 290 Nm et la vitesse maximale est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 160 km\/h. Cette version offre \u00e9galement des capacit\u00e9s de remorquage plus impressionnantes.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les deux versions de batterie utilisent des chimies de cellules diff\u00e9rentes, leur poids \u00e0 vide est presque identique. Les cellules LFP (lithium-fer-phosphate) des Epiq 35 et 40 sont extr\u00eamement robustes mais ont une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus faible. Les cellules NMC (nickel-mangan\u00e8se-cobalt) de l'Epiq 55 offrent une meilleure densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, ce qui se traduit par de meilleures performances mais aussi par un co\u00fbt plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient \u00e9galement de noter que toutes les variantes de la \u0160koda Epiq sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9es pour la recharge bidirectionnelle. La fonctionnalit\u00e9 va de l'alimentation d'appareils \u00e9lectriques externes \u00e0 l'utilisation de la voiture \u00e9lectrique comme stockage temporaire pour la stabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau, ce qui pourrait cr\u00e9er une source de revenus suppl\u00e9mentaire. Le syst\u00e8me d'infodivertissement utilise d\u00e9sormais Android Automotive. La strat\u00e9gie d'\u00e9quipement optionnel bas\u00e9e sur des packs est typique de Skoda : la finition Essence d'entr\u00e9e de gamme peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par le pack Confort (comprenant des si\u00e8ges avant chauffants), le pack Technologie (comprenant entre autres des capteurs de stationnement avant) et le pack Voyage, qui ajoute un syst\u00e8me de navigation et des syst\u00e8mes d'aide \u00e0 la conduite \u00e9tendus.<\/p>\n<p>La finition Selection, plus haut de gamme, comprend les packs Confort et Technologie de s\u00e9rie. Les clients peuvent \u00e9galement opter pour les phares Matrix LED, disponibles dans le cadre du pack Light &amp; Visibility. Comme toujours, Skoda poursuit son concept Simply Clever dans l'Epiq. Cela se traduit par une multitude de solutions de rangement et de d\u00e9tails pratiques.
