Le plan mise fortement sur l'Am\u00e9rique du Nord, r\u00e9trograde les marques europ\u00e9ennes Opel et Citro\u00ebn, et s'appuie sur des partenaires de production chinois pour remplir les capacit\u00e9s d'usine sous-utilis\u00e9es. Les march\u00e9s n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 convaincus : l'action a chut\u00e9 de plus de 6%.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir enregistr\u00e9 une perte nette de 22,3 milliards d'euros en 2025 (en raison d'une d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciation de 25,4 milliards d'euros sur sa strat\u00e9gie d'\u00e9lectrification), Antonio Filosa, PDG de Stellantis, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son plan de redressement : FaSTLane - oui, vous connaissez ces majuscules. Il s'agit de red\u00e9finir les priorit\u00e9s de l'entreprise. La pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse ? Une hi\u00e9rarchie stricte des marques, une offensive nord-am\u00e9ricaine et un retrait pragmatique des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances trop ambitieuses de l'EV. La bonne nouvelle ? Aucune marque du portefeuille de quatorze marques n'est \u00e9cart\u00e9e.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Quatre badges pour r\u00e9gner en ma\u00eetre<\/h4>\n<p>Mais la parit\u00e9 n'est plus de mise. Au sommet de la nouvelle structure se trouvent Jeep, Ram, Peugeot et Fiat. Ces quatre marques \u201cglobales\u201d recevront 70% des 36 milliards d'euros investis dans la marque et le produit au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ce quatuor sert de \u201clanceurs principaux de tous les nouveaux programmes et technologies\u201d, comme le dit Stellantis. Et le mot \u201cmondial\u201d a son importance, car ils ont un mandat commercial \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale. La s\u00e9lection refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement la structure nationale de Stellantis : Jeep et Ram pour les \u00c9tats-Unis, Peugeot pour la France et Fiat pour l'Italie.<\/p>\n<p>Tout le monde est content ? Moins si vous travaillez pour l'une des cinq marques reclass\u00e9es : Chrysler, Dodge, Citro\u00ebn, Opel et Alfa Romeo. Elles sont maintenues en activit\u00e9, mais avec un acc\u00e8s plus limit\u00e9 au budget et un champ d'action g\u00e9ographique clairement d\u00e9fini. On ne sait pas encore comment ces subdivisions se traduiront en termes d'ind\u00e9pendance des mod\u00e8les et des technologies, mais les attentes ne devraient pas \u00eatre tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Maserati \u00e9chappe \u00e0 la balle - ou \u00e0 la braderie - gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une mise \u00e0 jour strat\u00e9gique sp\u00e9cifique promise pour la fin de l'ann\u00e9e. Le message sous-jacent de Filosa est cependant clair comme de l'eau de roche : les ressources suivent le volume et le potentiel de marge, et non l'h\u00e9ritage ou le sentiment.<\/p>\n<h4>L'opportunit\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine<\/h4>\n<p>Depuis sa nomination il y a un an, des rumeurs circulaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 selon lesquelles Filosa ferait de l'Am\u00e9rique du Nord la pierre angulaire de son plan de redressement. Cette r\u00e9gion reste en effet celle qui pr\u00e9sente le plus grand potentiel, car elle est moins consolid\u00e9e que l'Europe et c'est aussi le march\u00e9 o\u00f9 les performances commerciales de Stellantis ont le plus souffert.<\/p>\n<p>L'Am\u00e9rique du Nord recevra 60% de l'investissement de 36 milliards d'euros mentionn\u00e9 plus haut. L'objectif am\u00e9ricain \u00e0 lui seul est frappant : une augmentation de 35% du volume des ventes d'ici 2030, obtenue gr\u00e2ce au lancement de sept nouveaux produits \u00e0 un prix inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 $40 000, dont deux \u00e0 un prix inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 $30 000, ainsi qu'\u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e dans des segments o\u00f9 Stellantis est actuellement absente.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier comprend un pick-up compact, une petite camionnette et, tr\u00e8s probablement, un nouveau mod\u00e8le d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre du partenariat annonc\u00e9 avec Land Rover. Le chiffre d'affaires en Am\u00e9rique du Nord devrait augmenter de 25%. Stellantis pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement de d\u00e9velopper sa production aux \u00c9tats-Unis. En revanche, les pr\u00e9visions pour l'Europe sont plus modestes : 15% de croissance du chiffre d'affaires.<\/p>\n<h4>R\u00e9duire l'empreinte europ\u00e9enne<\/h4>\n<p>L'\u00e9cart entre les deux ambitions est intentionnel. Les 22 usines automobiles europ\u00e9ennes de Stellantis n'ont fonctionn\u00e9 qu'\u00e0 un taux d'utilisation de 60%. FaSTLane vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la capacit\u00e9 annuelle totale de l'Europe de 4,6 millions \u00e0 3,8 millions d'unit\u00e9s d'ici \u00e0 2030. Cette r\u00e9duction de plus de 800 000 v\u00e9hicules repr\u00e9sente 20% du total, et devrait faire grimper l'utilisation \u00e0 80%.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-186653\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/newmobility.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Poissy.png?resize=640%2C415&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"415\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Il est important de noter que Filosa exclut toute fermeture d'usine. La r\u00e9duction des capacit\u00e9s se fera plut\u00f4t par la r\u00e9affectation des sites. Le site de Poissy, en France, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 et passe de la construction automobile au recyclage de v\u00e9hicules. D'autres lignes de production \u00e0 l'arr\u00eat sont vendues \u00e0 de nouveaux venus chinois. Leapmotor fabriquera deux de ses propres mod\u00e8les dans les usines Stellantis de Madrid et de Saragosse, et Dongfeng obtiendra une ligne pour sa marque Voyah dans l'usine de Rennes en France.<\/p>\n<p>Mais Stellantis ne laisse-t-elle pas entrer l'ennemi ? Filosa a \u00e9t\u00e9 explicite, d\u00e9clarant que les produits fabriqu\u00e9s en Chine n'entreraient pas directement en concurrence avec la gamme de Stellantis.<\/p>\n<h4>Le retour de la 2CV<\/h4>\n<p>La relation de Stellantis avec l'\u00e9lectrification, \u00e0 laquelle Tavares, le pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur de Filosa, a accord\u00e9 une grande priorit\u00e9, \u00e9volue mais n'est pas abandonn\u00e9e. Le portefeuille de produits \u00e0 cinq ans comprend 29 BEV complets, 15 PHEV et EREV, 24 hybrides conventionnels et 39 v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur \u00e0 combustion interne ou hybrides l\u00e9gers. Si l'on tient compte des mises \u00e0 jour, l'entreprise pr\u00e9voit 110 nouveaux mod\u00e8les d'ici \u00e0 la fin de la d\u00e9cennie.<\/p>\n<p>En Europe, o\u00f9 le march\u00e9 des VE est qualifi\u00e9 de \u201ctr\u00e8s mature\u201d, Stellantis voit encore des opportunit\u00e9s dans les petits VE abordables. Elle a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 son usine de Naples pour les produire. Filosa a confirm\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/newmobility.news\/fr\/2026\/04\/01\/is-the-new-citroen-2cv-finally-coming\/\">la nouvelle 2CV \u00e9lectrique<\/a>, qui fera ses d\u00e9buts au salon de l'automobile de Paris cet automne.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> Selon les rumeurs, elle co\u00fbtera environ 15 000 euros, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une batterie de taille r\u00e9duite qui limite l'autonomie \u00e0 environ 150 km. D'ici \u00e0 2030, au moins la moiti\u00e9 des volumes mondiaux devraient \u00eatre transport\u00e9s par ces trois plateformes. Les d\u00e9lais de mise sur le march\u00e9 sont \u00e9galement raccourcis : d'une moyenne actuelle d'environ trois ans \u00e0 un objectif de deux ans.<\/p>\n<p>Les logiciels et les capacit\u00e9s de conduite autonome seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en partenariat avec un grand nombre d'entreprises, dont Qualcomm, Nvidia, Wayve, Applied Intuition, Uber, Mistral AI et CATL.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Les chiffres et les nerfs<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Les objectifs financiers sont ambitieux compte tenu de la situation de d\u00e9part. Avec un chiffre d'affaires de 154 milliards d'euros en 2025, Stellantis vise 190 milliards d'euros en 2030. Malgr\u00e9 cette ambition, les march\u00e9s boursiers ont r\u00e9agi avec scepticisme. L'action a chut\u00e9 de plus de 6% \u00e0 l'ouverture, et le commerce a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 bri\u00e8vement suspendu sur Euronext Paris avant de se redresser et de r\u00e9aliser un gain mineur \u00e0 la cl\u00f4ture.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> \u00a0<\/span>Depuis la fusion de PSA Peugeot Citro\u00ebn et de FCA en 2021, Stellantis a perdu 60% de sa valeur marchande.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats sont tout aussi prudents.
