Dans le cadre de ce plan, le pr\u00e9sident Emmanuel Macron a annonc\u00e9 que Stellantis investira plus d'un milliard d'euros dans la production d'une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans son usine de Mulhouse \u00e0 partir de 2029.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette semaine, le pr\u00e9sident Macron a accueilli des repr\u00e9sentants de l'industrie et de la politique lors de la \u2018R\u00e9union de l'\u00e9quipe de France de l'\u00e9lectrification\u2019 au palais de l'\u00c9lys\u00e9e. Dans un discours d'une trentaine de minutes, il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la feuille de route de la France pour devenir une \u2018grande puissance \u00e9lectrique\u2019.\u2019<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'un des principaux objectifs est de r\u00e9duire la part des combustibles fossiles dans le bouquet \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du pays de 60% actuellement \u00e0 30% d'ici 2035. La France pr\u00e9voit d'atteindre cet objectif en s'appuyant sur trois piliers : une plus grande efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, une capacit\u00e9 accrue en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9nergies renouvelables et la construction de nouvelles centrales nucl\u00e9aires. L'un des principaux objectifs est de renforcer la production nationale d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des perturbations g\u00e9opolitiques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique est appel\u00e9e \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le central du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la demande. \u201cL'\u00e9lectrification de nos usages est au c\u0153ur du plan\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Macron. Outre la transformation du syst\u00e8me \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la strat\u00e9gie se concentre \u00e9galement sur la r\u00e9industrialisation. La France est l'un des pays les plus ambitieux d'Europe en ce qui concerne la mise en place de cha\u00eenes d'approvisionnement nationales pour les batteries et les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<h4>1 milliard d'euros<\/h4>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors du sommet, M. Macron a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 que Stellantis pr\u00e9voyait d'investir plus d'un milliard d'euros dans la production d'une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans son usine de Mulhouse \u00e0 partir de 2029. Il a d\u00e9crit le projet comme un \u201cinvestissement suppl\u00e9mentaire\u201d, sans donner plus de d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stellantis n'a pas encore confirm\u00e9 l'annonce, comme le rapporte le journal Le Monde. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'elle \u201ctravaille actuellement sur l'avenir de nos usines\u201d - y compris le site de Mulhouse - et qu'elle communiquera de plus amples d\u00e9tails \u201cune fois que des annonces officielles auront \u00e9t\u00e9 faites\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutefois, le groupe multimarque a r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 son intention de produire de nouveaux petits v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 partir de 2028, mais ceux-ci seront fabriqu\u00e9s en Italie. Mais cela ne veut rien dire. Le plan strat\u00e9gique r\u00e9cemment pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Stellantis, <a href=\"https:\/\/newmobility.news\/fr\/2026\/05\/22\/filosas-fix-for-stellantis-opel-and-citroen-step-back-usa-steps-up\/\">FaSTLAne 2030,<\/a> comprend plus de 60 nouveaux lancements et 50 mises \u00e0 jour importantes de mod\u00e8les pour toutes les marques et tous les groupes motopropulseurs d'ici \u00e0 2030, dont 29 mod\u00e8les \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie.<\/p>\n<h4>Plate-forme pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/h4>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'annonce que Mulhouse va \u00e9galement devenir un centre de production d'une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques est une nouveaut\u00e9. L'usine, ouverte en 1962, produit actuellement le DS 7 Crossback et les mod\u00e8les Peugeot 508, 308 et 408 dans diverses variantes de motorisation, y compris des versions enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectriques. On ne sait pas encore comment la production des nouveaux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques sera int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans l'usine. Toutefois, les investissements potentiels repr\u00e9sentent une impulsion significative pour les quelque 4 000 employ\u00e9s de l'usine.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-space\">\n<div class=\"ad-space-block\">\n<div id=\"article-content-1\" class=\"adspace not-mobile rectangle-4\">La production actuelle de l'usine de Mulhouse s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 environ 135 000 v\u00e9hicules par an et \u201cn'a jamais retrouv\u00e9 le niveau de 200 000 v\u00e9hicules par an d'avant COVID\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Laurent Gautherat, repr\u00e9sentant syndical du site, au journal fran\u00e7ais L'Alsace en avril. La cha\u00eene de montage de l'usine fonctionne actuellement \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 de sa capacit\u00e9. L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Stellantis a \u00e9galement d\u00fb arr\u00eater la production pendant plusieurs jours en raison de la baisse des ventes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4>La mobilit\u00e9\/les transports \u00e9lectriques sont essentiels<\/h4>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Dans son discours, le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l'\u00e9lectrification des transports, en particulier \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de l'objectif national d'\u00e9liminer progressivement l'utilisation du p\u00e9trole, du gaz et du charbon d'ici \u00e0 2050. M. Macron a fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9 les mots \u2018mobilisation\u2019 et \u2018acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration\u2019 dans son discours. Il a affirm\u00e9 que l'\u00e9lectrification est un moyen de r\u00e9industrialisation, et non de d\u00e9sindustrialisation, comme le pr\u00e9tendent certains critiques.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La France redouble en effet d'efforts en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique. Fin avril, le gouvernement a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un plan d'action pour la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.electrive.com\/2026\/04\/20\/france-targets-30000-fast-chargers-for-cars-and-trucks\/\">\u00a0<\/a>Le plan directeur de l'Union europ\u00e9enne pr\u00e9voit que deux voitures neuves sur trois seront \u00e9lectriques d'ici 2030. Les constructeurs fran\u00e7ais devraient produire 400 000 v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques d'ici 2027 et un million d'unit\u00e9s d'ici 2030. En parall\u00e8le, environ 30 000 points de recharge rapide pour les d\u00e9placements de moyenne et longue distance devraient \u00eatre install\u00e9s d'ici 2035, dont 8 000 pour les camions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNous faisons des efforts consid\u00e9rables pour aligner l'offre et la demande. Cela s'applique \u00e9galement au niveau europ\u00e9en avec une politique coh\u00e9rente\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Macron. Il a explicitement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le soutien aux offres non europ\u00e9ennes ne correspondait pas aux objectifs de la France.
