Elle est introduite parce que l'installation d'un triangle de signalisation le long des routes tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9es n'est plus consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme s\u00fbre. Apr\u00e8s tout, il faut sortir de la voiture et marcher pour \u00e9viter la circulation.<\/p>\n<p>La g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des clignotants r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le risque pour les conducteurs en panne.<\/p>\n<h4>Report du nouveau code de la route<\/h4>\n<p>La nouvelle r\u00e8gle est incluse dans le nouveau Code de la route, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 au Moniteur belge en septembre 2024. Toutefois, son entr\u00e9e en vigueur, initialement pr\u00e9vue pour le 1er septembre 2026, a \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9e au 1er juin 2027, afin de permettre \u00e0 toutes les parties concern\u00e9es (r\u00e9gions, police, justice, etc.) de se pr\u00e9parer convenablement.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la nouvelle r\u00e8gle concernant le triangle de pr\u00e9signalisation stipule qu'en cas de panne ou d'accident, tous les clignotants (c'est-\u00e0-dire les feux clignotants) doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s. Ce n'est qu'en cas d'impossibilit\u00e9 que le triangle de pr\u00e9signalisation doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9, et ce uniquement sur les autoroutes et les voies rapides, \u00e0 une distance de 100 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<h4>Le gilet de haute visibilit\u00e9 reste obligatoire<\/h4>\n<p>Aujourd'hui, la situation est toujours invers\u00e9e. Sur les routes ordinaires, un triangle de signalisation doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9 \u00e0 au moins 30 m\u00e8tres du v\u00e9hicule, et sur les autoroutes, \u00e0 au moins 100 m\u00e8tres. Le non-respect de cette r\u00e8gle est passible d'une amende de 58 euros. Apr\u00e8s le 1er juin 2027, l'accent sera mis sur les feux de d\u00e9tresse comme principal dispositif d'avertissement, ce qui r\u00e9duira aussi consid\u00e9rablement le risque pour les conducteurs en panne.<\/p>\n<p>Le port d'un gilet de haute visibilit\u00e9 reste obligatoire sur les autoroutes et les voies rapides si vous quittez le v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 la suite d'une panne.<\/p>\n<h4>Balise V16<\/h4>\n<p>Dans le journal De Standaard, qui a rapport\u00e9 la nouvelle apr\u00e8s que le ministre de la Mobilit\u00e9 Jean-Luc Crucke (Les Engag\u00e9s) l'a mentionn\u00e9e \u00e0 la Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants, l'institut de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re Vias parle d'une d\u00e9cision sens\u00e9e, mais voit aussi un potentiel dans le syst\u00e8me espagnol.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0-bas, le triangle de signalisation a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par un feu clignotant orange que les conducteurs doivent placer sur le toit de leur voiture en cas de panne.<\/p>\n<p>La balise V16 est une lampe de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 intelligente que vous pouvez placer sur le toit de votre voiture d'un simple clic lorsque vous tombez en panne.
