Ce projet n'est plus d'actualit\u00e9. Pour prendre cette nouvelle direction, la marque lance l'Eletre X, une version \u00e0 prolongateur d'autonomie de son SUV qui, \u00e0 l'origine, devait \u00eatre uniquement \u00e9lectrique. \u201cLe taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi bon que nous le pensions\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Feng Qingfeng, PDG de Lotus, \u00e0 Automotive News.<\/p>\n<p>Lotus appelle cette technologie X-Hybrid, mais l'architecture est plus proche de ce que l'industrie chinoise des VE appelle un EREV (Extended Range Electric Vehicle). L'Eletre X dispose d'une batterie de 70 kWh et de deux moteurs \u00e9lectriques qui assurent la conduite.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>S\u00e9rie et parall\u00e8le<\/h4>\n<p>Un moteur \u00e0 essence quatre cylindres turbocompress\u00e9 de 2,0 litres produisant 150 kW fonctionne comme un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur, renvoyant de l'\u00e9nergie \u00e0 la batterie en cas de besoin. En cas de forte demande, il peut \u00e9galement entra\u00eener directement l'essieu avant, transformant le syst\u00e8me en hybride parall\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>Le moteur est peut-\u00eatre petit et indigne du nom de Lotus, mais la puissance de feu ne l'est pas : 952 ch pour la H1000. La charge de neuf minutes est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e et offre une autonomie totale suffisante pour aller de Bruxelles \u00e0 Rome, soit 1 200 km (350 km en mode \u00e9lectrique pur), sans transpirer.<\/p>\n<h4>Plus rapide que Lamborghini<\/h4>\n<p>Le X-Hybrid se d\u00e9compose en trois modes de fonctionnement. L'\u00e9lectrique pur pour l'utilisation urbaine, le prolongateur d'autonomie pour les trajets autoroutiers et l'hybride parall\u00e8le complet lorsque la puissance maximale est sollicit\u00e9e. Lotus affirme que le passage d'un mode \u00e0 l'autre se fait sans intervention du conducteur.<\/p>\n<p>La version la plus perfectionn\u00e9e du H1000 atteint 100 km\/h en 3,3 secondes. Pour donner un ordre d'id\u00e9e, c'est plus rapide que la Lamborghini Urus SE. Il existe \u00e9galement une version plus modeste, le H550, qui ne dispose que de la moiti\u00e9 de cette puissance, mais qui est suffisamment performante pour se montrer \u00e0 la hauteur de sa r\u00e9putation et atteindre les 100 km\/h en moins de cinq secondes.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-187246\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/newmobility.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/aum_photo_20260603_265267.jpg?resize=640%2C525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/newmobility.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/aum_photo_20260603_265267.jpg?w=2262&amp;ssl=1 2262w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/newmobility.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/aum_photo_20260603_265267.jpg?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/newmobility.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/aum_photo_20260603_265267.jpg?w=1920&amp;ssl=1 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L'architecture \u00e9lectrique de 900 volts est une am\u00e9lioration par rapport au syst\u00e8me de 800 volts des Eletre EV standard et permet de charger en courant continu jusqu'\u00e0 350 kW. C'est ce qui permet \u00e0 la batterie de 70 kWh de passer de 20 \u00e0 80 % en seulement neuf minutes. Neuf minutes. C'est plus rapide que la plupart des conducteurs pour trouver une place de parking, payer un caf\u00e9 et retourner \u00e0 la voiture.<\/p>\n<h4>Pas d'exception<\/h4>\n<p>Lotus a ouvert les commandes en Europe continentale pour les deux variantes. Le H550 est propos\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de 96 990 euros ; le H1000, \u00e0 pleine puissance, est propos\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de 119 990 euros. Compte tenu de la technologie du prolongateur d'autonomie, les m\u00eames mod\u00e8les sont vendus en Chine, principal march\u00e9 et base de production de Lotus.<\/p>\n<p>L'Eletre X n'est pas un mod\u00e8le unique. Lotus a confirm\u00e9 qu'au moins deux autres mod\u00e8les hybrides rechargeables sont en pr\u00e9paration. L'Emeya quatre portes fastback partage sa plateforme avec l'Eletre et on s'attend \u00e0 ce qu'elle re\u00e7oive le traitement X-Hybrid. Par ailleurs, le plan r\u00e9vis\u00e9 de Lotus, Focus 2030, pr\u00e9voit une supercar hybride V8 pour 2028. Il s'agira du successeur tant attendu de l'Evora, construit autour d'un moteur \u00e0 combustion interne plut\u00f4t que d'une batterie.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une interview accord\u00e9e \u00e0 Automotive News, le PDG de Lotus, Feng Qingfeng, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u201cles acheteurs de voitures de luxe n'aiment pas la douceur de la conduite des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.
