\u00c0 partir du mois de juillet, toute personne prise en flagrant d\u00e9lit de conduite en \u00e9tat d'ivresse se verra infliger une interdiction de conduire de douze heures.\u00a0<\/span>Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, une interdiction de conduire suite \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le d'alcool\u00e9mie positif pouvait durer deux, trois, six ou douze heures. <\/span><\/p>\n

Le Service public f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Mobilit\u00e9 et Transports a annonc\u00e9 mardi que la modification l\u00e9gislative avait \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e au Journal officiel.<\/span><\/p>\n

En retirant syst\u00e9matiquement le permis de conduire pendant douze heures, le gouvernement souhaite \u201c envoyer un signal fort indiquant que notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne tol\u00e8re plus l'association mortelle entre la conduite et l'alcool \u201d.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Unique<\/h4>\n

Le syst\u00e8me belge d'interdiction imm\u00e9diate et temporaire de conduire, qui vous emp\u00eache de poursuivre votre trajet, est unique en son genre. D'autres pays ne disposent pas d'un syst\u00e8me similaire de <\/span>\u201c pour vous sortir un instant de la circulation et vous permettre de reprendre vos esprits. \u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans la plupart des pays voisins, un taux d'alcool\u00e9mie suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9 entra\u00eene la confiscation imm\u00e9diate ou la suspension administrative du permis de conduire, souvent pour une dur\u00e9e allant de quelques jours \u00e0 plusieurs mois, plut\u00f4t qu'une simple suspension de quelques heures.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aux Pays-Bas, une infraction mineure entra\u00eene g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une amende et\/ou des poursuites p\u00e9nales. \u00c0 partir d'un taux d'alcool\u00e9mie de 1,3 \u2030 (ou 0,8 \u2030 pour les conducteurs novices), la police peut imm\u00e9diatement retirer le permis de conduire.<\/span><\/p>\n

En France, la police peut retirer imm\u00e9diatement le permis de conduire en cas de taux d'alcool\u00e9mie \u2265 0,8 \u2030. Cette mesure peut \u00eatre suivie d'une suspension pouvant durer plusieurs mois. <\/span>Au Luxembourg, la police peut retirer imm\u00e9diatement un permis de conduire en cas d'ivresse grave ; la dur\u00e9e restante du retrait est fix\u00e9e par voie administrative ou judiciaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

I<\/span>En Allemagne, il n'existe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas de mesure standard d'interdiction de conduire sur-le-champ pour les infractions mineures.
