D'ici 2030, le pays ne sera plus en mesure de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la demande en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">L'op\u00e9rateur du r\u00e9seau haute tension TenneT a tir\u00e9 la sonnette d'alarme mercredi dans son rapport \u00ab Security of Supply Monitor 2026 \u00bb, un rapport consultatif annuel destin\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9conomiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">TenneT estime que les coupures de courant dureront en moyenne environ 4 heures par an au maximum, un chiffre qui pourrait passer \u00e0 37-46 heures d'ici 2035.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Une p\u00e9nurie d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 temporaire ne signifie pas n\u00e9cessairement que tout le pays est priv\u00e9 d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Cependant, i<\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">En cas de telle p\u00e9nurie d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, certaines r\u00e9gions du pays pourraient se retrouver sans \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, par exemple. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Les probl\u00e8mes potentiels surviendront principalement le matin et le soir en hiver, car c'est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 ces moments-l\u00e0 que les m\u00e9nages et les entreprises consomment le plus d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Une demande en hausse<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">La principale raison de ces p\u00e9nuries r\u00e9side dans le fait que la demande en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ne cesse d'augmenter, notamment en raison de l'essor des voitures \u00e9lectriques. Parall\u00e8lement, les capacit\u00e9s de production sont limit\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Et bien que l'\u00e9nergie solaire, l'\u00e9olien, les batteries et la gestion de la demande soient en plein essor, TenneT affirme qu'ils ne suffisent pas \u00e0 compenser enti\u00e8rement les p\u00e9riodes prolong\u00e9es de p\u00e9nurie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Si la demande en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 venait \u00e0 augmenter tr\u00e8s rapidement, une p\u00e9nurie pourrait survenir d\u00e8s 2028. Si la demande diminue, aucun probl\u00e8me ne se posera avant 2035.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Le temps de l'action<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">L'op\u00e9rateur n\u00e9erlandais du r\u00e9seau haute tension TenneT appelle le gouvernement \u00e0 agir rapidement. Selon lui, les Pays-Bas doivent commencer \u00e0 constituer des r\u00e9serves strat\u00e9giques, mettre en place un m\u00e9canisme de capacit\u00e9 (visant \u00e0 indemniser les entreprises qui maintiennent des capacit\u00e9s disponibles, comme en Belgique) et accorder davantage d'importance \u00e0 la gestion de la demande. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">TenneT estime \u00e9galement que les Pays-Bas devraient s'efforcer activement de s'aligner sur leurs pays voisins, \u00e0 savoir la Belgique, l'Allemagne et le Danemark, afin de constituer ensemble des r\u00e9serves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">La ministre du Climat et de la Croissance verte, Stientje van Veldhoven (D66), a en tout cas d\u00e9j\u00e0 indiqu\u00e9 qu'elle prenait la situation \u201c tr\u00e8s au s\u00e9rieux \u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Et la Belgique ?<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Si l'on compare la situation aux Pays-Bas avec celle de la Belgique, on constate que le pays suit la m\u00eame tendance structurelle (\u00e9lectrofiation accrue, recours accru aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables, besoin de capacit\u00e9s contr\u00f4lables et flexibles). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">La Belgique dispose toutefois d\u00e9j\u00e0 d'un m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de la capacit\u00e9 (CRM), qui r\u00e9mun\u00e8re la mise \u00e0 disposition de capacit\u00e9 en cas de p\u00e9nurie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">La Belgique a mis en place le CRM en 2021. <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">En d'autres termes, le \u201c m\u00e9canisme d'assurance \u201d en Belgique est d\u00e9j\u00e0 op\u00e9rationnel, avec des ench\u00e8res et des volumes clairement d\u00e9finis pour chaque ann\u00e9e de livraison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Cependant, la Belgique n'est pas un havre de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : son approvisionnement repose \u00e9galement sur les importations, la disponibilit\u00e9 des centrales nucl\u00e9aires fran\u00e7aises, les centrales au gaz, les batteries et la gestion de la demande.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An electricity\u00a0shortage is looming in the Netherlands.
