Le magazine \u00e9conomique allemand affirme que le groupe pr\u00e9voit de fermer ses usines de Hanovre, Zwickau et Emden, ainsi que l'usine Audi de Neckarsulm. L'article indique \u00e9galement que Volkswagen pourrait supprimer jusqu'\u00e0 100 000 emplois \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n<p>Le magazine \u00ab Manager Magazin \u00bb rapporte \u00e9galement que Volkswagen pr\u00e9voit de supprimer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100 000 de ses 657 000 emplois dans le monde au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es. Les informations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes faisaient \u00e9tat de 38 000 \u00e0 50 000 suppressions d\u2019emplois en Allemagne. Le magazine \u00e9conomique affirme que le programme de restructuration pourrait \u00e9galement inclure la fermeture des quatre usines mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessus. Il indique en outre que Volkswagen envisage de scinder la marque de voitures particuli\u00e8res Volkswagen pour en faire une entit\u00e9 distincte.<\/p>\n<h4>\u2018 Image cible du groupe \u2019<\/h4>\n<p>Selon *Manager Magazin*, ces projets s'appuient sur une pr\u00e9sentation strat\u00e9gique qu'Oliver Blume, PDG de Volkswagen, aurait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aux cadres sup\u00e9rieurs lors de la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union du conseil d'administration mercredi, intitul\u00e9e \u201c Group Target Picture \u201d pour 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Le magazine pr\u00e9cise qu'il n'a pas pu se procurer la pr\u00e9sentation elle-m\u00eame, mais qu'il a fond\u00e9 son article sur des informations fournies par des sources internes connaissant bien son contenu. Cependant, la cha\u00eene r\u00e9gionale de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de radio NDR a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 par la suite qu'elle \u00e9tait en possession des plans en question, \u00e9labor\u00e9s par le comit\u00e9 de direction.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le magazine *Manager Magazin*, si ces projets \u00e9taient mis en \u0153uvre, ils transformeraient de fait Volkswagen AG en une nouvelle entreprise. L'article affirme que cette restructuration entra\u00eenerait la suppression d'environ un septi\u00e8me des effectifs mondiaux du groupe, ouvrirait davantage l'entreprise aux march\u00e9s financiers et r\u00e9duirait consid\u00e9rablement l'influence des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4>Cela reste encore tr\u00e8s hypoth\u00e9tique<\/h4>\n<p>Ces projets restent pour l\u2019instant au stade de la sp\u00e9culation, car le document strat\u00e9gique sur lequel ils s\u2019appuient n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu public et reste une pr\u00e9sentation interne. Selon le *Manager Magazin*, M. Blume devrait pr\u00e9senter le programme de restructuration au conseil de surveillance le 9 juillet. De tels projets se heurteraient sans aucun doute \u00e0 une tr\u00e8s forte opposition de la part du comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise influent de Volkswagen.<\/p>\n<p>Le magazine \u00ab Manager Magazin \u00bb rapporte \u00e9galement que Volkswagen avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 identifi\u00e9 ses usines de Hanovre, Zwickau et Emden, ainsi que l'usine Audi de Neckarsulm, comme candidates \u00e0 la fermeture lors d'une r\u00e9union du conseil de surveillance en avril, en raison de leurs co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le magazine indique d\u00e9sormais que le conseil d'administration est pr\u00eat \u00e0 fermer progressivement les quatre sites \u00e0 moyen terme, en ne poursuivant la production que pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration actuelle de mod\u00e8les. Selon des sources internes cit\u00e9es par la publication, la production prendrait alors fin, les mod\u00e8les successeurs \u00e9tant soit annul\u00e9s, soit transf\u00e9r\u00e9s vers des sites de production \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<h4>Impact significatif<\/h4>\n<p>Les fermetures annonc\u00e9es auraient un impact consid\u00e9rable. Ces quatre usines emploient environ 40 000 personnes et disposent d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de production annuelle cumul\u00e9e d\u2019environ 750 000 v\u00e9hicules. Selon le magazine \u00ab Manager Magazin \u00bb, la production sur ces sites ne devrait pas cesser avant 2030, \u00e0 moins que le PDG Oliver Blume ne d\u00e9cide d\u2019arr\u00eater plus t\u00f4t la production des mod\u00e8les concern\u00e9s. Toutefois, une telle mesure n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9vue pour l\u2019instant.<\/p>\n<p>Deux de ces sites, Zwickau et Emden, sont des usines d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 la production de v\u00e9hicules 100 % \u00e9lectriques. Zwickau fabrique les mod\u00e8les VW ID.3, VW ID.4, VW ID.5, la Cupra Born et l\u2019Audi Q4 e-tron. Emden fabrique les VW ID.4, VW ID.7 et VW ID.7 Tourer. Volkswagen a d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9duit la capacit\u00e9 de production de ces deux usines, passant de deux cha\u00eenes de montage \u00e0 une seule, chacune fonctionnant en deux \u00e9quipes, afin de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la surcapacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L'usine de Hanovre, qui abrite le si\u00e8ge social de Volkswagen V\u00e9hicules Utilitaires, fabrique les mod\u00e8les enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectriques ID. Buzz et ID. Buzz Cargo, ainsi que les mod\u00e8les de la s\u00e9rie T, notamment le Multivan et le Transporter. Le site dispose \u00e9galement d'une cha\u00eene de montage de batteries.<\/p>\n<p>L'usine Audi de Neckarsulm fabrique principalement des mod\u00e8les \u00e0 moteur thermique et hybrides, tandis que le site voisin de B\u00f6llinger H\u00f6fe produit l'Audi e-tron GT, enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectrique. Audi avait pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment ferm\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/newmobility.news\/fr\/2025\/02\/28\/audi-brussels-builds-it-last-q8-e-tron-today\/\">son usine de Bruxelles en f\u00e9vrier 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Refonte structurelle<\/h4>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le magazine \u00ab Manager Magazin \u00bb, le plan de restructuration propos\u00e9 repose sur un troisi\u00e8me pilier, parall\u00e8lement aux suppressions d\u2019emplois et aux fermetures d\u2019usines : une refonte en profondeur de la structure du groupe. Le magazine rapporte que Volkswagen pr\u00e9voit de scinder la marque phare de voitures particuli\u00e8res Volkswagen et la division Composants du groupe en deux entit\u00e9s distinctes. Selon cet article, cela faciliterait l\u2019introduction en bourse de ces activit\u00e9s. Aucun autre d\u00e9tail concernant cette proposition n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les projets annonc\u00e9s marqueraient une intensification significative du programme de restructuration actuel du groupe Volkswagen. Sous la direction de son PDG, Oliver Blume, l'entreprise a men\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie rigoureuse de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, avec pour objectif de r\u00e9aliser 15 milliards d'euros d'\u00e9conomies en 2024 et 18 milliards d'euros en 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce programme repose sur un accord conclu fin 2024 entre la direction du groupe et le comit\u00e9 d'entreprise, qui pr\u00e9voyait initialement la suppression d'environ 38 000 emplois d'ici 2030. Le nombre de suppressions d'emplois pr\u00e9vues a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9 \u00e0 50 000 postes \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle du groupe, principalement \u00e0 la suite de mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts annonc\u00e9es chez Audi, Porsche et la filiale de logiciels Cariad.<\/p>\n<h4>R\u00e9actions des salari\u00e9s<\/h4>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse, le puissant syndicat IG Metall a lui aussi publi\u00e9 un communiqu\u00e9. Il y critique l\u2019incertitude suscit\u00e9e par l\u2019article du *Manager Magazin*. Dans une d\u00e9claration commune, Christiane Benner, pr\u00e9sidente d\u2019IG Metall, Daniela Cavallo, pr\u00e9sidente du comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise du groupe Volkswagen, et Thorsten Gr\u00f6ger, responsable r\u00e9gional d\u2019IG Metall charg\u00e9 de la convention collective de Volkswagen, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201cLes derni\u00e8res informations parues dans les m\u00e9dias suscitent, \u00e0 juste titre, des inqui\u00e9tudes parmi notre personnel et dans les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 se trouvent nos sites.
