Jeudi, la Marine marchande L'Agence des services maritimes et c\u00f4tiers (Maritieme Dienstverlening en Kust, MDK) a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 \u00e0 Anvers son tout nouveau ferry \u00e9lectrique, le Scheldestroom. <\/span>Avec la mise en service de ce nouveau ferry, MDK franchit une nouvelle \u00e9tape vers des services de ferry plus respectueux de l'environnement.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c Le \u2018Scheldestroom\u2019 est le fruit d\u2019un investissement m\u00fbrement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi d\u2019environ 7,5 millions d\u2019euros dans la mobilit\u00e9 durable et dans les personnes qui l\u2019utilisent au quotidien \u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Tim Van Dijck, directeur de la division Flotte au sein de l\u2019agence. Les services de ferry prennent de plus en plus d\u2019importance en tant qu\u2019alternative durable pour les trajets courts et les d\u00e9placements domicile-travail.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fiable<\/h4>\n

Le \u2018 Scheldestroom \u2019 assurera la liaison entre Kruibeke et Hoboken. Le navire peut accueillir 150 passagers et 150 v\u00e9los et <\/span>atteint une vitesse maximale d'environ 18 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 l'heure. <\/span><\/p>\n

Le <\/span>Le syst\u00e8me de propulsion \u00e9lectrique et les batteries garantissent un fonctionnement fiable, tandis que le bateau est recharg\u00e9 \u00e0 quai gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de prise int\u00e9gr\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span>Les panneaux solaires contribuent \u00e0 l'approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie et permettent d'optimiser la consommation d'\u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/p>\n
