Cet indice prend en compte cinq effets principaux : les nuisances, la biodiversit\u00e9 et les habitats, la pollution atmosph\u00e9rique, le changement climatique et l'utilisation des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Chacun des cinq aspects a le m\u00eame poids (20%). L'indice prend en compte tous les modes de transport et toutes les infrastructures, \u00e0 l'exception de la marche et du v\u00e9lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Cinq effets principaux<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">L'impact environnemental a connu des fluctuations consid\u00e9rables ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es : il a augment\u00e9 (+4,51 TP3T) entre 2013 et 2019, mais a fortement chut\u00e9 (-8,61 TP3T) pendant la crise du coronavirus, en raison de la crise et <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">les mesures associ\u00e9es, telles que le confinement et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail obligatoire.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Avec l'assouplissement des mesures li\u00e9es au coronavirus et la reprise \u00e9conomique en 2021, on a de nouveau observ\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation de la pollution atmosph\u00e9rique (+4%) et du changement climatique (+7%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Entre 2013 et 2019, l'impact de quatre des cinq principaux effets s'est accru. Les nuisances et l'utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux, en particulier, ont augment\u00e9 respectivement de 24% et 22%. <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">La biodiversit\u00e9 et l'habitat sont rest\u00e9s pratiquement inchang\u00e9s tout au long de la p\u00e9riode (-1,41 TP3T).\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Seule la pollution atmosph\u00e9rique a connu une baisse constante entre 2013 et 2024 (-27%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Sur la p\u00e9riode allant de 2013 \u00e0 2024, tous les effets principaux \u2013 \u00e0 l'exception de la pollution atmosph\u00e9rique \u2013 pr\u00e9sentent de l\u00e9g\u00e8res fluctuations d'une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l'autre. La pollution atmosph\u00e9rique, en revanche, a connu une baisse soutenue depuis 2013, avec une r\u00e9duction de 49%.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>B\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour la sant\u00e9 publique<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Cela s'explique notamment par le passage progressif des voitures diesel polluantes aux moteurs \u00e0 essence moins polluants, ainsi que par la popularit\u00e9 croissante de la conduite \u00e9lectrique. Toutefois, cet effet reste pour l'instant limit\u00e9 en raison du nombre encore relativement<\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">\u00a0faible part des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans le parc automobile total.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9duction de la pollution atmosph\u00e9rique constitue un progr\u00e8s significatif en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique.
