Les entreprises concluent rarement des transactions sur le march\u00e9 de l'occasion, sauf lorsqu'il s'agit de voitures \u00e9lectriques d'occasion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Sur le march\u00e9 de l'occasion, les moteurs \u00e0 essence restent le choix le plus populaire (55,71 TP3T), devant le diesel (22,71 TP3T), les hybrides (15,21 TP3T) et les voitures \u00e9lectriques (5,91 TP3T). <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Les entreprises concluent rarement des transactions sur le march\u00e9 de l'occasion, sauf lorsqu'il s'agit de voitures \u00e9lectriques d'occasion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Hybride<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Par \u2018 hybride \u2019, nous entendons tous les types de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9s \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'un moteur \u00e0 combustion interne et d'une assistance \u00e9lectrique, y compris les hybrides classiques, les hybrides rechargeables et les hybrides l\u00e9gers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Il est vrai que les v\u00e9hicules hybrides et \u00e9lectriques ne sont apparus que r\u00e9cemment sur le march\u00e9 des voitures neuves, ce qui signifie que leur part sur le march\u00e9 de l'occasion est pour l'instant limit\u00e9e ; toutefois, cette part augmentera de mois en mois \u00e0 mesure que leur nombre s'accro\u00eetra sur l'ensemble du march\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>VW et BMW<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Par ailleurs, l'\u00e2ge moyen des voitures d'occasion immatricul\u00e9es ne cesse d'augmenter : il d\u00e9passe d\u00e9sormais la barre des 10 ans.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">L'\u00e2ge m\u00e9dian des v\u00e9hicules d'occasion immatricul\u00e9s s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 huit ans pour la premi\u00e8re fois.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Volkswagen a \u00e9t\u00e9 la marque de voitures d'occasion la plus vendue cette ann\u00e9e, devant BMW, Mercedes, Peugeot et Opel. <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Les mod\u00e8les les plus populaires sont la VW Golf (14 066), la VW Polo (10 159), l'Opel Corsa (8 839), la BMW S\u00e9rie 3 (7 780) et la BMW S\u00e9rie 1 (6 927).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">La Flandre est la r\u00e9gion qui enregistre le plus grand nombre d'immatriculations de voitures particuli\u00e8res d'occasion, avec 55,31 TP3T, tandis que la Wallonie en compte 36,41 TP3T et Bruxelles 8,31 TP3T.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Voitures neuves<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Les immatriculations de voitures neuves ont affich\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse (-1,71 TP3T) au premier semestre 2026 par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, avec 230 681 immatriculations.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Si l'on consid\u00e8re le nombre total d'immatriculations de voitures neuves et d'occasion, le march\u00e9 de l'occasion repr\u00e9sente 61% de ce total.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Voici quelques conclusions notables concernant ce secteur :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Le Salon de l'automobile de Bruxelles a \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s, mais les clients potentiels comparent toutes les options en ligne avant de prendre une d\u00e9cision. <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">\u201d Pendant et apr\u00e8s le Salon de l'automobile, nous avons constat\u00e9 une nette augmentation tant du nombre de visites dans nos concessions que des ventes. Les consommateurs recherchent activement la meilleure offre : ils comparent minutieusement les diff\u00e9rentes options et, une fois convaincus, prennent souvent une d\u00e9cision rapide. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">\u201c La demande de voitures \u00e9lectriques est en hausse chez les particuliers, en particulier pour les mod\u00e8les offrant une autonomie de 400 km ou plus.
