Apr\u00e8s 1 021 jours, soit pr\u00e8s de trois ans, le plus grand syndicat industriel su\u00e9dois, IF Metall, met fin \u00e0 sa gr\u00e8ve contre Tesla. La raison est aussi consternante qu\u2019am\u00e8re : le constructeur am\u00e9ricain de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques a rachet\u00e9 les contrats des gr\u00e9vistes restants un par un, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il ne reste plus personne pour faire le piquet de gr\u00e8ve.<\/p>

Le conflit public a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 27 octobre 2023, lorsque quelque 120 m\u00e9caniciens Tesla r\u00e9partis dans sept ateliers su\u00e9dois ont cess\u00e9 le travail. Leur revendication \u00e9tait modeste au regard des normes nordiques : la signature d\u2019un \u2018 kollektivavtal \u2019, terme su\u00e9dois d\u00e9signant une convention collective sectorielle qui couvre pr\u00e8s de 90 % de l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s du pays et garantit les salaires et les conditions de travail.<\/p>
