Genk qualifie cette initiative de \u201c premi\u00e8re belge pour une collectivit\u00e9 publique \u201d, mais certaines communes, notamment Ganshoren et Ixelles, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9 des initiatives similaires.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Dans le cadre du projet de Genk, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandaise EnergySwap \u2013 <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">qui n'est pas un fournisseur d'\u00e9nergie \u00e0 proprement parler, mais plut\u00f4t un interm\u00e9diaire (agent) entre les vendeurs et les acheteurs d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 autoproduite \u2013\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de d\u00e9velopper cette plateforme \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, permettant aux habitants, qu'ils disposent ou non de panneaux solaires, d'\u00e9changer de l'\u00e9nergie produite localement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Les acheteurs et les vendeurs y trouveront leur compte<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Le principe est simple. La plateforme permettra aux propri\u00e9taires de panneaux solaires disposant d'un exc\u00e9dent d'\u00e9nergie renouvelable de le vendre \u00e0 quelqu'un qui a besoin d'\u00e9nergie suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0. Au lieu de vendre cet exc\u00e9dent \u00e0 leur fournisseur au tarif d'injection habituel, il pourra \u00eatre mis en relation avec un autre habitant ou une autre entreprise de Genk consommant de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0. Des compteurs num\u00e9riques mesurent les flux dans les deux sens \u00e0 des intervalles de 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Le vendeur percevra un tarif d'injection sup\u00e9rieur au tarif standard, tandis que l'acheteur paiera moins cher la composante \u00e9nergie que ce qu'il paierait aupr\u00e8s de son fournisseur habituel. Ainsi, les deux parties y trouveront leur compte.\u00a0<\/span>EnergySwap se chargera de la mise en relation, de la facturation et des paiements. Les participants conserveront leur fournisseur d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 actuel, qui leur fournira de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 lorsque la production locale sera insuffisante.<\/p>\n<h4>Une limite importante<\/h4>\n<p>Il existe toutefois une contrainte importante. L'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 solaire doit \u00eatre produite et consomm\u00e9e au cours du m\u00eame quart d'heure. Il n'est pas possible de stocker virtuellement l'\u00e9nergie produite lors d'un apr\u00e8s-midi ensoleill\u00e9 pour l'utiliser \u00e0 minuit. Les exc\u00e9dents de production sont toujours inject\u00e9s dans le r\u00e9seau et factur\u00e9s selon les modalit\u00e9s du contrat habituel du producteur.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que les voitures \u00e9lectriques peuvent pr\u00e9senter un int\u00e9r\u00eat. Un habitant de Genk ne disposant pas de panneaux solaires pourrait brancher son v\u00e9hicule lorsque les panneaux de ses voisins produisent beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, et devenir ainsi un acheteur int\u00e9ressant. Le propri\u00e9taire des panneaux tirera davantage profit de son exc\u00e9dent, tandis que le conducteur du v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique ach\u00e8tera une partie de l\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la recharge \u00e0 un prix inf\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ce m\u00eame principe s'applique aux parkings d'entreprise, aux \u00e9coles et aux b\u00e2timents municipaux, o\u00f9 de gros consommateurs d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sont en activit\u00e9 pendant la journ\u00e9e. En vertu de la r\u00e9glementation flamande, plusieurs producteurs d'\u00e9nergie solaire peuvent vendre simultan\u00e9ment leur production \u00e0 un m\u00eame gros consommateur.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9conomie r\u00e9sultera principalement du remplacement d'une partie du prix de l'\u00e9nergie pratiqu\u00e9 par le fournisseur par un prix local moins \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les tarifs de r\u00e9seau, les taxes et les redevances restent toutefois dus, et certains fournisseurs d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 facturent des frais administratifs aux clients participant au partage d'\u00e9nergie ou aux \u00e9changes entre particuliers.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les foyers \u00e9quip\u00e9s de leurs propres panneaux solaires, l'autoconsommation directe reste plus int\u00e9ressante. Recharger son v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 partir de son propre toit permet d'\u00e9viter davantage de postes de la facture d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 que de vendre cette \u00e9nergie pour ensuite racheter de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 plus tard.<\/p>\n<h4>Transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Cependant, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette initiative, Genk entend franchir une \u00e9tape importante dans sa transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">La ville esp\u00e8re que les habitants de Genk investiront encore davantage dans les panneaux solaires. <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Les associations et les \u00e9tablissements scolaires peuvent \u00e9galement faire installer des panneaux solaires par l'interm\u00e9diaire d'une coop\u00e9rative \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, sans avoir \u00e0 supporter eux-m\u00eames les co\u00fbts d'investissement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">De plus, l'\u00e9nergie produite localement r\u00e9duit le recours aux importations d'\u00e9nergie provenant de sources ext\u00e9rieures.
