Avant l'\u00e9t\u00e9, Oliver Blume, PDG du groupe Volkswagen a mis en garde contre 50 000 licenciements suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/a> \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale, ce qui portera le total \u00e0 100 000 une fois la restructuration du groupe achev\u00e9e. Les repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s craignent 40 000 suppressions d\u2019emplois suppl\u00e9mentaires en plus de ces 100 000, ce qui ram\u00e8nerait l\u2019effectif total du groupe VW de 660 000 \u00e0 environ 520 000 personnes dans le monde.<\/p>\n

Oliver Blume a entam\u00e9 une tourn\u00e9e de ses usines allemandes afin d\u2019expliquer pourquoi ces suppressions d\u2019emplois sont n\u00e9cessaires. Selon certaines rumeurs, la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles aurait lieu en Allemagne. L\u2019argument principal avanc\u00e9 par M. Blume est que les co\u00fbts fixes du groupe sont 30% sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux de nombreux concurrents. La surcapacit\u00e9 des usines constitue \u00e9galement un probl\u00e8me majeur.<\/p>\n

Selon M. Blume, la moiti\u00e9 des suppressions d\u2019emplois concernerait le pays d\u2019origine, l\u2019Allemagne, ce qui, bien s\u00fbr, n\u2019a pas apais\u00e9 la vague de protestations qui s\u2019annonce parmi les salari\u00e9s. Les syndicats ont fait leurs propres calculs et craignent que 40 000 salari\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires ne doivent quitter le groupe, en plus des 100 000 \u00e9voqu\u00e9s par Blume.<\/p>\n

Manifestation de grande ampleur<\/h4>\n

De toute \u00e9vidence, les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ne voient pas d\u2019un bon \u0153il cette \u00e9volution, et Daniela Cavallo, pr\u00e9sidente du comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la confiance envers la direction et le PDG avait \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9rieusement \u00e9branl\u00e9e. Les deux parties restent n\u00e9anmoins ouvertes \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation.<\/p>\n

Blume a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que les diff\u00e9rentes usines disposaient d\u2019un an pour proposer des solutions alternatives. Il mise principalement sur les d\u00e9parts volontaires et les d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite, mais ses propositions font l\u2019objet de vives critiques. Christiane Benner, du puissant syndicat IG Metall, a qualifi\u00e9 de \u201c totalement utopiques \u201d les projets de Blume visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de 30% et \u00e0 augmenter les marges b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires jusqu\u2019\u00e0 9%.<\/p>\n

Lundi, un repr\u00e9sentant syndical a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les salari\u00e9s \u00e9taient pr\u00eats \u00e0 mener un long combat, voire \u00e0 faire gr\u00e8ve, si M. Blume ne revenait pas sur sa d\u00e9cision, bien que le PDG ait assur\u00e9 que les licenciements et les fermetures d'usines constitueraient \u201c la solution la plus co\u00fbteuse et le dernier recours \u201d pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n

Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel regrettent qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pour l\u2019instant aucune perspective d\u2019avenir pour des usines telles qu\u2019Emden, Zwickau, Hanovre et Neckarsulm (Audi) au-del\u00e0 de 2030. \u2019 Nous ne parvenons pas \u00e0 trouver un accord avec un dirigeant qui ne s'exprime pas clairement devant ses salari\u00e9s \u201c, s'est plainte Daniela Cavallo.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 la recherche d'alternatives<\/h4>\n

Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel et le Land de Basse-Saxe, qui d\u00e9tient 20% des droits de vote au sein du conseil de surveillance de Volkswagen, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent \u00e0 des solutions alternatives. Olaf Lies, pr\u00e9sident du Land de Basse-Saxe, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la taille du groupe VW n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le probl\u00e8me, mais qu\u2019il fallait trouver des activit\u00e9s compl\u00e9mentaires pour garantir un emploi \u00e0 chacun, par exemple dans le secteur en pleine croissance de la d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n

M. Lies a \u00e9galement regrett\u00e9 que le PDG n'ait pas suffisamment mis en avant les aspects positifs qui continuent de se dessiner chez VW, comme par exemple le succ\u00e8s croissant de ses v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans toute l'Europe.<\/p>\n

Il ne fait aucun doute que la bataille au sein du groupe Volkswagen ne fait que commencer. Les n\u00e9gociations entre la direction et les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel s'annoncent sans aucun doute longues et parfois tr\u00e8s difficiles.
