Apr\u00e8s plusieurs mois d'impasse, le conseil de surveillance de Volkswagen est parvenu \u00e0 un accord unanime sur un plan de restructuration du groupe. Outre les 50 000 suppressions d'emplois d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9es, ce plan pr\u00e9voit la suppression progressive de 50 000 emplois suppl\u00e9mentaires, ainsi que la fermeture de quatre usines allemandes.<\/p>\n

Avec <\/span>l'accord sur <\/span>Le PDG de VW, Oliver Blume, <\/span>\u2018Projet d'avenir\u00a0<\/a>\u2019 2030 \u00bb, <\/span>du groupe<\/span> conseil de surveillance <\/span>pr\u00e9pare <\/span>les<\/span> le plus<\/span>\u00a0ag<\/span>g<\/span>une restructuration radicale au cours de ses 89 ans d'existence. <\/span>Ces 50 000 suppressions d'emplois suppl\u00e9mentaires porteront le total \u00e0 100 000, ce qui repr\u00e9sente environ 15% de <\/span>VW<\/span> G<\/span>effectif total du groupe. La date et les modalit\u00e9s de ces licenciements font encore l'objet de discussions. <\/span><\/p>\n

Cet accord permet d'\u00e9viter un conflit ouvert entre l'entreprise et le personnel. Du moins pour l'instant. Les syndicats souhaitent que le groupe examine toutes les options et recueille les points de vue de l'ensemble des usines afin de sauver le plus d'emplois possible.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019 Utilisations alternatives \u00bb pour quatre usines allemandes<\/b><\/h4>\n

La situation du groupe est critique, avec une baisse des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices li\u00e9e, entre autres, \u00e0 une surcapacit\u00e9, \u00e0 la concurrence acharn\u00e9e des marques chinoises en Europe et aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ainsi qu\u2019aux droits de douane am\u00e9ricains<\/span>.<\/span> Oliver B<\/span>volume<\/span><\/a> avait pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment r\u00e9sum\u00e9 la situation comme suit : <\/span>\u201c<\/span>a <\/span>\u201d un mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique qui ne fonctionne plus aujourd\u2019hui \u00bb. Le r\u00e9sultat est<\/span> une surcapacit\u00e9 de 500 000 en <\/span>VW\u2019s<\/span> Usines europ\u00e9ennes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le conseil de surveillance n'a pas annonc\u00e9 de fermeture \u00e0 proprement parler, mais indique qu'il ne peut garantir la poursuite de la production \u00e0 Emden, Zwickau, Hanovre et Neckarsulm (Audi) \u00e0 partir de 2031. Il a d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'\u00e9tudier d'autres utilisations possibles pour ces usines.<\/p>\n

Priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la rentabilit\u00e9<\/b><\/h4>\n

Afin de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts, le conseil d'administration pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la gamme de mod\u00e8les des diff\u00e9rentes marques du groupe. Environ 50% de cette gamme dispara\u00eetront d'ici 2035, l'accent \u00e9tant davantage mis sur les mod\u00e8les rentables et \u00e0 fort volume. Cela signifie \u00e9galement que la complexit\u00e9 de la production sera r\u00e9duite de 75%.<\/p>\n

Des changements organisationnels sont \u00e9galement en cours, avec une structure de direction all\u00e9g\u00e9e afin de gagner en agilit\u00e9 et d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la prise de d\u00e9cision. Le groupe pr\u00e9voit par ailleurs des investissements visant \u00e0 renforcer ses marques et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer sa comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des technologies de pointe. \u00c0 cette fin, 135 milliards d'euros seront consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la recherche et au d\u00e9veloppement entre 2027 et 2031.<\/p>\n

L'objectif est de vendre 9 millions de v\u00e9hicules par an avec une marge d'exploitation de 9% d'ici 2030. Au premier semestre 2026, la marge d'exploitation du groupe est tomb\u00e9e \u00e0 3,8%.<\/p>\n

Contexte politique<\/b><\/h4>\n

Cet accord permet d'\u00e9viter la tenue d'une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale extraordinaire, qui aurait pu cr\u00e9er une situation explosive. Le soutien apport\u00e9 par la Basse-Saxe peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un moyen d'\u00e9viter cela. La r\u00e9gion d\u00e9tient 20% des actions du groupe VW et dispose d'un droit de veto.
