BMW a augment\u00e9 la production de l'iX3 dans son usine de Debrecen, passant de deux \u00e0 trois \u00e9quipes ce mois-ci, ce qui revient \u00e0 une production 24 heures sur 24.<\/p>\n

Cela s'explique par une forte demande : BMW a d\u00e9j\u00e0 indiqu\u00e9 que 100 000 commandes de l'iX3 avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es rien qu'en Europe, et BMW Am\u00e9rique du Nord acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le lancement sur le march\u00e9 du SUV \u00e9lectrique iX3 plus rapidement que pr\u00e9vu en raison de la forte demande des clients.<\/p>\n

La mont\u00e9e en puissance de la production la plus rapide jamais enregistr\u00e9e<\/h4>\n

BMW souligne que son usine hongroise est pass\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s de la production en s\u00e9rie \u00e0 un fonctionnement en trois \u00e9quipes en environ huit mois. Il s'agit, selon le constructeur, de \u201c la mont\u00e9e en puissance la plus rapide jamais enregistr\u00e9e par une nouvelle usine du groupe BMW \u201d.<\/p>\n

Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, BMW a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 le lancement de la production \u00e0 Debrecen en octobre 2025, la production en s\u00e9rie \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle ayant d\u00e9but\u00e9 peu apr\u00e8s. En mars, BMW avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9 qu'elle passerait \u00e0 deux \u00e9quipes en raison de la forte demande. En septembre dernier, l'\u00e9tape suivante a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie, avec le passage \u00e0 trois \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n

Toutes les versions de l'iX3 sont actuellement produites exclusivement \u00e0 Debrecen. Toutefois, \u00e0 partir de 2027, une production parall\u00e8le est en cours de pr\u00e9paration au Mexique, tandis qu'une version \u00e0 empattement allong\u00e9 de l'iX3, fabriqu\u00e9e localement, devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre lanc\u00e9e en Chine.<\/p>\n

Le passage rapide \u00e0 trois \u00e9quipes de travail s\u2019explique par le succ\u00e8s du mod\u00e8le. Il y a quelques semaines \u00e0 peine, la 50 000e iX3 est sortie de la cha\u00eene de production de Debrecen. Au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e qui a suivi la premi\u00e8re mondiale de la nouvelle BMW iX3, 100 000 clients \u00e0 travers l'Europe<\/a> J'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 command\u00e9 ce mod\u00e8le.<\/p>\n

Hans-Peter Kemser, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'usine BMW Group de Debrecen, a expliqu\u00e9 : \u201c Une telle mont\u00e9e en puissance n'est possible que si les effectifs augmentent au rythme du volume de production. Le recrutement et la formation d'un si grand nombre de nouveaux collaborateurs en si peu de temps sont le fruit d'un travail d'\u00e9quipe extraordinaire. \u201d<\/p>\n

\u201d L'engagement de nos collaborateurs, le partage de leurs connaissances et leur fort esprit d'\u00e9quipe fa\u00e7onnent la culture d'entreprise de l'usine BMW Group de Debrecen et rendent ces r\u00e9sultats possibles \u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9. Actuellement, environ 5 000 collaborateurs travaillent pour BMW \u00e0 Debrecen.<\/p>\n

Deuxi\u00e8me produit disponible \u00e0 Debrecen<\/h4>\n

Par ailleurs, BMW a annonc\u00e9 le lancement d\u2019un deuxi\u00e8me mod\u00e8le \u00e0 Debrecen dans les mois \u00e0 venir : \u201c La production d\u2019un deuxi\u00e8me mod\u00e8le enti\u00e8rement nouveau de la Neue Klasse d\u00e9butera sur le site cet automne. \u201d Le constructeur n'a pas encore fourni plus de d\u00e9tails. Le mod\u00e8le annonc\u00e9 sera probablement le SUV coup\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique, connu en interne sous le nom de NA7 et qui devrait \u00eatre commercialis\u00e9 sous le nom d'iX4.<\/p>\n

D\u00e8s mars 2023, BMW avait annonc\u00e9 que, suite au lancement r\u00e9ussi de cette plateforme, elle pr\u00e9voyait de commercialiser six mod\u00e8les issus de la \u00ab Neue Klasse \u00bb dans un d\u00e9lai de 24 mois. Le magazine sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 allemand *Automobilwoche* a confirm\u00e9 ces projets au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Deux de ces six mod\u00e8les sont d\u00e9sormais en production : outre l'iX3 de Debrecen, BMW produit d\u00e9j\u00e0 l'i3 dans son usine principale de Munich. La production en s\u00e9rie de l'i3 a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n

Acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration en Am\u00e9rique du Nord<\/h4>\n

BMW Am\u00e9rique du Nord acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la mise sur le march\u00e9 du SUV \u00e9lectrique iX3 plus rapidement que pr\u00e9vu en raison d'une forte demande de la part des clients. Les livraisons auraient commenc\u00e9 avant la date pr\u00e9vue. Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, le BMW iX3 50 xDrive peut \u00eatre command\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de $61 500 (53 500 \u20ac).<\/p>\n

Pour le mod\u00e8le destin\u00e9 au march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain, BMW annonce une autonomie comprise entre 383 et 434 miles et une puissance de 463 hp pour son SUV \u00e9lectrique haute performance. BMW Am\u00e9rique du Nord indique une capacit\u00e9 de batterie de 112,2 kWh, avec une recharge en courant alternatif pouvant atteindre 15 kW et une recharge en courant continu pouvant atteindre 400 kW.<\/p>\n

En Am\u00e9rique du Nord, l'iX3 50 xDrive dispose \u00e9galement d'une fonction de recharge bidirectionnelle, notamment les modes V2L (2,4 kW), V2H (3,6 kW) et V2V (7,7 kW), ce qui permet \u00e0 la batterie du v\u00e9hicule d'alimenter d'autres \u00e9quipements, un autre v\u00e9hicule ou une habitation.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 terme, cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 devrait permettre de stabiliser le r\u00e9seau en r\u00e9injectant de l'\u00e9nergie dans celui-ci pendant les heures de pointe et en absorbant l'\u00e9nergie lorsque la production d'\u00e9nergies renouvelables est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
