Stellantis suspend la production dans ses usines fran\u00e7aises de Sochaux, Rennes et Mulhouse pendant au moins une semaine. Dans deux cas, cette suspension est due \u00e0 une p\u00e9nurie de batteries pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, le fournisseur ACC ayant du mal \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande pour ses batteries \u00e0 longue autonomie \u00e0 base de nickel.<\/p>\n

Selon Reuters, les usines de Sochaux et de Rennes suspendent temporairement leur production en raison d'une p\u00e9nurie de batteries ACC. L'agence de presse cite un communiqu\u00e9 officiel de l'entreprise. Toutefois, cette interruption n'est qu'indirectement li\u00e9e au manque de batteries de grande capacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Stellantis souhaite avant tout \u00e9viter de produire un trop grand nombre d\u2019autres v\u00e9hicules afin de \u201c ne pas accumuler des stocks de v\u00e9hicules qui ne correspondent pas \u00e0 la demande des clients \u201d, comme l\u2019explique l\u2019entreprise. Parall\u00e8lement, la demande est particuli\u00e8rement forte pour les mod\u00e8les \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 grande autonomie, et les clients doivent actuellement faire face \u00e0 de tr\u00e8s longs d\u00e9lais d\u2019attente.<\/p>\n

Une semaine d'interruption ou plus<\/h4>\n

L'usine de Sochaux, dans l'est de la France, qui produit notamment les mod\u00e8les Peugeot 3008 et Peugeot 5008, devrait suspendre ses activit\u00e9s du 23 au 30 octobre. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l'usine de Rennes fermera ses portes du 22 au 30 octobre. C'est l\u00e0 que Citro\u00ebn fabrique notamment la C5 Aircross.<\/p>\n

L'arr\u00eat de production \u00e0 Mulhouse, annonc\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment pour la p\u00e9riode du 15 au 30 octobre, serait d\u00fb \u00e0 d'autres raisons sans rapport avec la p\u00e9nurie de batteries.<\/p>\n

L'approvisionnement en batteries par ACC reste un goulot d'\u00e9tranglement majeur pour la production de Stellantis. ACC est une coentreprise entre Stellantis, Mercedes et TotalEnergies, qui pr\u00e9voyait initialement de construire trois usines en France, en Allemagne et en Italie, mais qui se concentre d\u00e9sormais sur la phase de mont\u00e9e en puissance de sa seule usine de batteries \u00e0 Douvrin, en France. Elle a abandonn\u00e9 les deux autres grands projets.<\/p>\n

Les inqui\u00e9tudes de l'ACC<\/h4>\n

Comme l'a rapport\u00e9 Bloomberg en f\u00e9vrier, en citant des sources internes, les op\u00e9rations \u00e0 Douvrin n'ont pas non plus \u00e9t\u00e9 sans heurts. En d\u00e9but d'ann\u00e9e, ACC n'aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure d'\u00e9quiper qu'environ 1 000 voitures par mois de batteries \u00e0 grande autonomie, un chiffre bien inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l'objectif initial.<\/p>\n

La coentreprise aurait par la suite fait appel \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe d'experts chinois afin de dynamiser la production et de r\u00e9duire les taux de d\u00e9fauts \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Stellantis, en tant que client phare d'ACC, est la principale partie touch\u00e9e par la lenteur de la mont\u00e9e en puissance.<\/p>\n

En f\u00e9vrier, l'ACC a \u00e9galement reconnu l'existence de probl\u00e8mes fondamentaux : \u201c La mont\u00e9e en puissance s'av\u00e8re difficile, mais nous apprenons chaque jour et faisons tout notre possible pour servir au mieux nos clients \u201d, avait alors d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 Bloomberg Matthieu Hubert, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'ACC.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Stellantis utilise les cellules de batterie issues de l'usine ACC de Douvrin, entre autres, dans des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques bas\u00e9s sur la plateforme STLA Medium, notamment les Peugeot E-3008 et E-5008, ainsi que l'Opel Grandland Electric et la DS N\u00b08. Pour ces v\u00e9hicules \u00e9quip\u00e9s de cellules ACC, Bloomberg avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait \u00e9tat en f\u00e9vrier de retards de livraison pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 huit mois.<\/p>\n

Tr\u00e8s longs d\u00e9lais d'attente<\/h4>\n

En avril, un article publi\u00e9 par le magazine sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 allemand *Automobilwoche* a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les particuliers, en particulier, devaient faire face \u00e0 de tr\u00e8s longs d\u00e9lais d\u2019attente pour leurs mod\u00e8les \u00e0 grande autonomie. L\u2019article portait plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur les versions concern\u00e9es de l\u2019Opel Grandland, de la Peugeot e-3008 et de la Peugeot e-5008.<\/p>\n

\u201c Nos livraisons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 repouss\u00e9es au premier ou au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2027 \u201d, avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque un concessionnaire Stellantis au magazine sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. D'autres concessionnaires n'auraient, selon certaines informations, plus re\u00e7u aucune date de livraison ferme.<\/p>\n

La situation est particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9licate pour les marques de Stellantis : en effet, cela ne concerne que les clients pr\u00eats \u00e0 d\u00e9bourser pr\u00e8s de 5 000 \u20ac suppl\u00e9mentaires pour une batterie plus puissante, d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 97 kWh au lieu de 73 kWh, et \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019augmentation d\u2019autonomie qui en d\u00e9coule, par rapport au m\u00eame mod\u00e8le \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une batterie moins puissante.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, ACC aurait r\u00e9duit ses taux de d\u00e9fauts et stabilis\u00e9 davantage sa production. Toutefois, dans le contexte des arr\u00eats d\u2019usine annonc\u00e9s, un porte-parole de Stellantis a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 Reuters : \u201c Malheureusement, nous ne recevons pas encore suffisamment de batteries, malgr\u00e9 les progr\u00e8s importants r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par ACC en mati\u00e8re de production. \u201d<\/p>\n

La demande de mod\u00e8les \u00e0 longue autonomie, en particulier de la part des clients gestionnaires de flottes, reste forte et continue de d\u00e9passer l\u2019offre actuelle. Il semblerait que ces clients aient la priorit\u00e9, ce qui allonge encore davantage les d\u00e9lais d\u2019attente pour les particuliers.<\/p>\n
