Le groupe BMW investit environ 2 milliards d'euros dans la production automobile et la fabrication de batteries afin de souligner l'importance de l'Allemagne en tant que p\u00f4le de production. L'entreprise veille \u00e0 ce que ses usines soient pr\u00eates pour la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de BMW S\u00e9rie 3<\/a>.<\/p>\n

La S\u00e9rie 3 est au c\u0153ur de la marque BMW depuis plus de 50 ans. Depuis le d\u00e9but de sa production en 1975, BMW a produit environ 18 millions de v\u00e9hicules, dont 15 millions fabriqu\u00e9s en Allemagne. Cela fait de la BMW S\u00e9rie 3 la berline haut de gamme de taille moyenne la plus vendue au monde.<\/p>\n

BMW a consacr\u00e9 environ 1 milliard d'euros au d\u00e9veloppement des usines automobiles de Munich et de Dingolfing. L'entreprise a \u00e9galement investi environ 1 milliard d'euros dans la nouvelle usine de batteries d'Irlbach-Stra\u00dfkirchen, en Basse-Bavi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

i3 \u00e0 Munich, la s\u00e9rie ICE 3 \u00e0 Dingolfing<\/h4>\n

La BMW i3 enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectrique est assembl\u00e9e dans l'usine m\u00e8re du groupe BMW \u00e0 Munich, qui a fait l'objet d'une r\u00e9novation en profondeur, \u00e0 l'aide de batteries haute tension de sixi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration fournies par la nouvelle usine du groupe BMW \u00e0 Irlbach-Stra\u00dfkirchen. Les mod\u00e8les de la S\u00e9rie 3 de BMW \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'un moteur \u00e0 combustion et d'une motorisation hybride rechargeable sont quant \u00e0 eux produits \u00e0 l'usine du groupe BMW \u00e0 Dingolfing.<\/p>\n

\u201c Fid\u00e8les au principe du \u2018 local pour le local \u2019, ces normes et directives s'appliqueront \u00e9galement \u00e0 la production de la BMW i3 et de la BMW S\u00e9rie 3 \u00e0 l'usine du groupe BMW de San Luis Potos\u00ed, au Mexique, ainsi qu'\u00e0 une version adapt\u00e9e de la BMW S\u00e9rie 3 destin\u00e9e au march\u00e9 chinois, \u00e0 Shenyang, en Chine. \u201d<\/p>\n

La BMW S\u00e9rie 3 marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans l'int\u00e9gration progressive des technologies \u00ab Neue Klasse \u00bb au sein de la gamme phare du groupe BMW. D'ici fin 2027, le constructeur aura mis sur le march\u00e9 une quarantaine de mod\u00e8les nouveaux ou r\u00e9vis\u00e9s \u00e9quip\u00e9s des technologies \u00ab Neue Klasse \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Notre engagement envers l'Allemagne et la Bavi\u00e8re<\/h4>\n

L'Allemagne est le c\u0153ur de la production du groupe BMW. L'entreprise produit chaque ann\u00e9e plus d'un million de v\u00e9hicules dans ses usines allemandes. Cela signifie que le groupe BMW fabrique environ un quart des voitures produites dans le pays. Le volume de production nationale de l'entreprise d\u00e9passe le total des ventes de v\u00e9hicules du groupe BMW en Europe.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, l'Allemagne est au c\u0153ur d'un r\u00e9seau de cr\u00e9ation de valeur industrielle \u00e9troitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Environ 55% des collaborateurs du groupe BMW travaillent en Allemagne. De plus, des milliers d'entreprises partenaires op\u00e8rent tout au long de la cha\u00eene de valeur.<\/p>\n

Avec la nouvelle BMW S\u00e9rie 3, le groupe BMW r\u00e9affirme son engagement en faveur de la cr\u00e9ation de valeur r\u00e9gionale. \u00c0 mesure que la production monte en puissance, quelque 760 sites de fournisseurs approvisionnent les usines de Munich et de Dingolfing en composants et en mat\u00e9riaux. Plus de 70% de ces sites de production se trouvent en Europe, dont plus de 30% en Allemagne.<\/p>\n

Les pr\u00e9paratifs en vue de la huiti\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la S\u00e9rie 3 ont donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des diff\u00e9rences sp\u00e9cifiques entre les deux sites de production. \u00c0 Munich, le groupe BMW a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 d\u2019importants investissements dans de nouveaux b\u00e2timents et des installations de production destin\u00e9s aux technologies \u00ab Neue Klasse \u00bb et \u00e0 la fabrication de la i3.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa grande flexibilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 sa large gamme de mod\u00e8les, l'usine de Dingolfing produit des versions \u00e0 moteur thermique et hybrides rechargeables de la nouvelle BMW S\u00e9rie 3 pour des clients du monde entier.<\/p>\n

L'usine BMW Group d'Irlbach-Stra\u00dfkirchen constitue un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 pour la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la BMW S\u00e9rie 3 et de la \u00ab Neue Klasse \u00bb. Elle y assemblera des batteries haute tension de sixi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et, \u00e0 partir du mois d'octobre, elle fournira \u00e0 l'usine de Munich des syst\u00e8mes de batteries destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la BMW i3 100 % \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n
